PS CS3 or PSP?

They are two completely different programs.
You could download UTorrent and through that download CS3. It's free. 😊

Is anyone else having a problem with mediafire? It keeps telling me I download some torjan that my macafee wiped off.

Mediafire is working for me. It must be something with your Anti-Virus program that's protecting it?
Are Zshare files working for you? If you want, you can send me the link to whatever you were trying to download and I can upload that on Zshare. 😊

It's really easy. Colourings are also called PSDs if you download them off the internet (Deviantart and Tumblr) Just search for those on the two websites and save them. You'll find a lot. 😊

The above video is for Icons.

For GIFs/Video Avis you do the same thing, but you will notice that once you are done upto what is shown in the video, then your colouring will only be on the first frame/layer. So what you do for that is drag the colouring group/gradient, brightness and everything and leave it after the TOP layer.

As it says in the video, it's all about dragging.

Let me know if you get a hang of it, if not then I will get some screenshots for you. 😊
