Hey Minu!
For a free pre cracked version of PSP8, and Animation Shop, first download the u-torrent from here, given by Sadia, in the first step.

After the torrent is downloaded, and installed, downloaded the PSP torrent from this site
https://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4563761/JASC_Paint_Shop_Pro_8_Premium___Animation_Shop_3_%5Bpre-cracked%5D
It will get downloaded in seconds.
Then just open the downloaded PSP torrent in the u-torrent, and if you want a specific place for PSP to be downloaded, then right-click at the PSP torrent in u-torrent. Then click Properties>Advanced>specify the place you want your torrent to be downloaded in.
Here, it will take time to download PSP, but it's the full version, so you don't need to register and you can enjoy it forever.
