@AishuJSKfan:Portable have some problems like this..hmm..did u select the first frame in animation box and last layer in layer box before adding effects and is "Propogate frame 1" box checked?If it is i am not sure what's gone wrong..will make a tut very soon anyways..😃

And that sparkling thing on it is just a "Light Texture" on the top of all layers added..😳

If you use PS then you can use the "Clone Stamp" tool.😳
