or that you need a software liken animation shop..
click snap shots from the vedio in windows movie maker...
and then put them in a sequence through manimation wizard in animation shop!

u import ur video, pause where u want to take the pic and click on the icon for "take the picture" or u can go to tool > take picture.😃

Can anyone Please tell me how do we set the RGB = 245 in PS CS3 for making a siggy, a part of whose background can look transparent on I-F (I got to know the resolution of I-F is RGB=245, but I'm confused how to set it in Photoshop!)...
