blending a pic is easy...just take the pics you want to blend put them on top of each other....if there is a certain part in one of the pics that you dont want erase it off...
if the edges of the pics(between both the pic) are obvious first merge them and then soften the area beween the two pics!

i need help...
ive been doing animations on photoshop CS3...but recentlyu ive begun to have a problem-when i use any tool a window comes saying that the programe is terminated and has to be debugged something...
how can i cure this problem!

i think its a couluring teqnique-use huw saturation,ligtness-and resuce the saturation of red and yellow...till the pic becomes greay...sometimes the entire pic wont become greay parts of it may still be colored....so incase you want those areas to be grey too just use the coloring brish @colour in the grey over them....about the green and the blue i think they are to be saturated extra under hue saturation like this
this technique may work im not too sure...
@Mughdhafan01,and fanofprem-the dashed broder can be done either through the box too-choose a dotted or dahed border for that and then put it on the area ypou want it to be...
if you want the border to be balck and white i guess this will work
use a pic like this...
remove the center part so that you get a thin border and change the sixe by cropping or resizing accoring to the pic....incase you want a border with thinker lines you can either make such a pic on youre own or downloadf it from google!

i think this is some kind of texture used. u will have to make the border in psp using the texture and then bring it in AS3 and add to the frames. ask the owner for the texture.

or if it is fine i can show u with some other texture.

open 100x100 pixels transparent image.
then copy n paste the texture on transparent image as a new layer.
go to selection n select rectangle.
then precisely make a rectangle on the texture, the one u copied, leaving small border. like this.

then press delete so tht the middle portion is deleted n u r left with the border.
now save n open this in AS and apply to ur avi.
