just make a normal siggy and use ur selection tool with rounded rectangle in PSP and select the part u want and then hit copy and paste as new image.

U can use the rounded rectangle shpe tool.

shape tool>> Rounded Rectangle...draw it how much u want

then simply selct it with ur magic wand and go to edit paste in to slection!

that's all!

New layer. Go to Preset Shapes, using the Heart 3 shape, Vector and Antialias checked. Foreground null, and change the background to whatever you want. Draw the heart on your workspace by clicking and dragging.
Using your Magic Wand, click inside of your heart. Selections/Modify/Expand by 2 pixels.
New layer and name it image. Go to your Cream and Sugar picture, and copy it, by going to Edit/Copy, and then go back to your heart image. Edit/Paste/Into Selection. On the layer pallet, drag this layer below the cut out layer.
Move your picture layer below ur heart layer.
And that's it. ur done.

is it jac or jasc? .. but the thing with me is i have a MAC computer and you have to download everything SET FOR MAC!

so thats why i have photoshop .. people say PSP is easier but i cant even download that cause i have MAC
