I think Neha did appreciate the fact that Simran was helping Abhi in his transition and had great respect and affection for her.Even she was overawed by Simran and understood Abhi's feelings for her.But when she met Abhi,he was already a much changed man,they were compatible and had got closer.So it's natural for her to see Simran only as an ex wife.She was never shown to have any objection to their joint responsibility (emotional) as parents of Astha.
Several instances have been shown to show her attempt to accept Simran gracefully.Her resentment started only when Simran's interference(absolutely unintended)started affecting her personal life with Abhi and mainly Simran's behavior in her bedroom.
I'm not saying it's impossible but I can't imagine any wife not feeling a little uneasy.
Abhi was never very patient with her...it's a fact that he never understood her but he expected Neha to understand his feelings for her.
It was not anybody's fault because nobody was doing any harm intentionally.Both the women were feeling insecure.

I found these situations very close to real life because many times we hurt people's feeling without meaning to or feel insecure and suffer silently.

I absolutely understand why some people feel that Neha was unduly insecure because I'm sure there are women who are more confident and assertive and can see the whole thing as a woman's weakness.

I think the whole bedsheet thing was strange. What was worse was Siumran pushed abhi to marry neha. She should have let abhi decide that on his own. Than abhi after reading neha's diary left simran at the alter was wrong! I am glad he now though its late is taking more sensible actions such AS MArrying Simran!

I agree Akshata,but i also feel that Neha should have been more assertive in the fact that she had something against Abhi-Simran's frienship yaar!She was supposedly to be the matured and sensible one there,compared to Abhi,i just don;t understand ans to why she never made it very clear to Abhi on how she felt?Yeah she was dropping hints,but Abhi being Abhi,never thought anything of it(which is not suprising!!),so Neha shud have sat him down,and talk it out,u know what i mean?Sh e confided in Poonam,her mum,but she never opened her mouth to Abhi directly,until very much later in her advance stage of pregnancy!!Which i think is wrong,just to impress Abhi,or Simran or the world,she decided to keep quiet about it and potray this very sorry character who is so wronged!

Simran is NOT perfect,she is NOT totally innocent in this whole scenario!The ONE MAJOR mistake she made was...Asking Abhi to marry Neha..which is so totally uncalled for,she did it cos she was afraid that she was getting weaker and might just fall into Abhi's arms again,and 'what would people and samaaj think'kind of state of mind thing,so the next best thing she thought of selfishly,was to push him into Neha's arms,which i think was childish and selfish of her to have done so,when she knew very well that Abhi was not in love with Neha,but she compelled him into agreeing,and ended up hurting everyone,which led to what it is today,unfortunatley!! 🤢
Its strange how ONE mistake from a totally normal human being,would cause so much pain not only to herself,himself,but to others that he/she loves the most,therefore,what we always think is for the bes,is sometimes the biggest blunder we'd live to regret for the rest of our lives.... 😭

Do u guys remember Abhi's parents visiting Radhaji for the first time and she showed her 'paagalpan'and how Abhi's mum was actually thinking and saying to her hubby,that she doesn;t think that NEha would be the rite girl for Abhi,since her Mum was like that,thather daughter(Neha)wud be like that too??? 😆 😆 😆

Not fair I think to relate Astha's behavior to her Nani's mental imbalance.😊My thoughts ok?

I understand what you are saying about Neha.That's why in my earlier post I said that I can see why some feel that Neha was over sensitive. But each woman is different and in early days of marriage is a little hesitant to speak out openly to her husband/inlaws.
I agree that Simran made mistakes and gave reasons to Neha for her insecurities.But I don't blame her for Neha's death.
The reason I don't hold Simran responsible for Neha's death is that Abhi and Simran were NOT having an affair for her to feel so tortured.Poonam and even Radhaji tried to tell her the same thing.But being a mother,she thought it fit to tell Simran about Neha's insecurities.
Neha did not die due to any stress related problem.She was shown to die due to some last minute complications.
Simran herself had a very stressful labour(premature), remember?? but survived it and very well!!

These are just our ways of looking at things and making judgements and I don't challenge any!!!
