Went to a parlour to get them done, the lady there decided to get me married to her cousin. She did.

Astitva and Arti's updates. In the biginning I used to hunt for something on Astitva because at that time there was nothing on zee on the net. And found Arti Jain's wonderful updates. Then one day, saw the Jassi section and that was it. Ever since, I have been a permanent fixture!!

7)Where in the U.S are you ? Do you like the U.S? Do you intend to stay here ?

In the East Coast. I love US. Especially the west coast and the North east coast, New England to be specific. yes, for next few years at least.

8) Did you celebrate Pujo this year ?

No 😕 I was moving from LA to the east coast.

9)Beauty question - How do i get rid of tan ? (I just returned from a Sunny Florida weather)

I am afraid no short cut way to remove a tan . Apply ripe papaya straight for 3 to 4 weeks two times a day for 10 minutes on the affected areas.Tan will vanish.

Seriously though, I felt at least he had the sense to shoulder at least some resposibility and I don't normally hold grudges.

Your are a career mom, how do you balance your personal and professional life with two little ones?

Though not easy, but not that difficult. I tend to organise my time when I am really busy. During my busy times, I don't get to spend a lot of time with my kids. As I work from home I am always around. So most of the time my younger kid is there with me in the room, I have made a small play area where he is busy with his toys. My older kid goes to school. At night, I make sure we have our dinner together and then everyday just before they go to bed,I read them a story and spend some time with them. That time is only for me and them. One day everyweekend is completely devoted to my family. Plus we go everywhere together. Till date I have never had to take the help of any baby sitter or day care. I am also very lucky because both my kids are very understanding about my work which is amazing for kids their age, specially my younger one. Both are extremely friendly so they actually make friends with my cllients. I can say I am fortunate.

What kind of future do you forsee for your kids?

Hopefully a safe future minus the selfish terror wave that is drowning the world.

I am not sure what faith you belong to, but do you believe in teaching your children about religion and meaning of prayers?

I am a Hindu, and I beleive in God. I believe in keeping faith in HIM. I do teach them about religion but I am not very religious. I love the Hindu mythological stories and often tell them to my kids .

Where I would have the maximum number of friends; For me a people make a place. I will be happy anywhere if I had my family with me and a large circle of close friends.

Yes I would consider, but it would have to be something extraordinary to lure me away from what I am doing.

getting bored beyond measure, putting on fat around unwanted areas, running up the telephone bills by calling up my friends......😆

Seriously though I would be reading, painting, sleeping and watching movies sometimes.

And yes... it is amazing how kids can understand when they need to cooperate when parents are working. We too have dinner as a family and play games and read books before night night. I remember my kids telling me that it is their favourite part of the day is to these things in the evening..
