Kingdom

Set in Korea's medieval Joseon period, it tells the story of a prince who embarks upon a dangerous mission to investigate a mysterious plague spreading across his country. The truth threatens the kingdom when he discovers that it is an atrocious epidemic in the form of zombies

Just binged 5 episodes of 6..Yep..Liked it..Its interesting!!! Thought it will be scary..It is!!! But I don't know why I find zombie film to be hilarious..Same happened for one zombie Tamil movie.. 😆

Finished all 6 episodes!!! Loved it!!!

Wish Bae Doo Na had more screenspace..She looked like a side character rather than a FL..

The production quality is very high..Loved the cinematography, screenplay and cast!!!

Season 1 ends in a cliffhanger..

Wonder whether ML too will turn into zombie later on..😕

Cinematography is stunning.

Pure visual delight.

for the visuals alone this show is worth a dekho.

What works:

Gore.

thrills.

story.

characters individually.

and above all.. cinematography.

What doesn't:

Feels slightly boring at times.

the female lead is more like a side character.

Barring the bonding between Prince and his guard not much personal interaction between other characters.

Individually all characters are good. but don't feel well 'put together'.

Ends on GOT-esque note.

Bring in the winter already. but probably the sequel will air on 2020.

if you hate 'Why Katappa killed Bahubali' kinda end notes.. wait till the sequel airs.

Recommended a 'watch it' otherwise.
