Not Indian but Kim Ji Won had a few Hindi lines in High Kick 3 and they also played Tunak Tunak Tun by Daler Mehendi in You're Beautiful.

Haven't seen the episode but read about it somewhere, I even read that the grandmother is used to getting patients from various countries so possibly that's how an Indian made its way there...

If you want to watch more of India/Indians on Korean TV, try watching fluttering India, it's a 4-5 episode variety show, also there's a Gong Yoo movie (can't remember it's name), it was shot in India, in fact the story itself was against Indian backdrop...
