Just between Lovers - Page 4

The lead actress was pretty good, as everyone else has pointed out and the character was nice, too! The only time I was kind of annoyed by Moon Soo was probably when she found out about what Gang Doo's Dad used to do and how she reacted to that - but hey, I am biased and just wanted to bundle him up when he was left behind like that, lol. But yeah, it's minor and she got a grip on herself pretty quickly! I really enjoyed her acting and the character was nicely fleshed out; her regrets, her desperation at life yet keeping strong- taking care of her mom, not abandoning her dad, how she slowly started to handle the trauma - I enjoyed following her growth and development.

And Joon Ho was amazing, anyway 👏 I've first watched him in Chief Kim and came to adore his character in there, eventually - and he really went all out in this drama as well, didn't he? Gang Doo was such a nice character! Not a cliched filthy rich ML but someone who had to struggle to make a living, someone who's been kicked down too many times by life, never got room to breathe but keeps struggling on... my heart went out to him so many times. He deserves the nicest things. I won't be forgetting Gang Doo, that's for sure 😳

I think I loved Grandma and Sang Man the most from the supporting cast, lol. Though, the cartoonist friend and her assistant were quite entertaining, as well 😆

Now that it's finished and I'm assured of a happy ending, I'm gonna plunge in.
