PART 3
New Day a New Beginning
All are assembled for breakfast.
Arjun's Baba: Saare samaan pack karliye?
Arjun: Haan baba , sab hogaye. Bus thode hi bache hain.
Arjun's Aai: Mene bhi tum dono keliye, kuch banakar rakha hain. Wo bhi pack kar lena.
Arjun rolls his eyes: uski kya zaroorat hain Aai.
Arjun's Aai: tum toh chhup hi raho. She glares at him.
Seeing his baba and Sameer stifling their laughter, he shakes his head and agrees to pack them up.
After the Breakfast , Arjun goes to do the remaining packing. Arjun' s Baba and Aai tells their worries to Sameer.
Sam: Aap dono fikar mat kijiye. Aap dono to hain hi or mein bhi toh hoon. Sab theek hojayega.
Aai: Bus yahi dua hain.
They see Arjun comes down with his luggage .
Baba: Sab ho gaya?
Arjun: Haan, Sab hogaya. Agar rehhaya to mein aajaunga. Zyada dur to hain nahin.
Arjun and Sameer takes Aai-Baba's blessings and leave for Sameer's apartment.
Sameer's 3 bhk flat is in a 7 storeyed building with high security, a gym, a swimming pool, underground and side parking , a small garden park and a Coffee shop cum grocery store. This flat was given to Sameer by his Brijj chachu sa when Sameer was in Mumbai for his College.
Sameer introduces Arjun to the Apartment Security and takes him up to his flat. Ghajri (house help sent by Sameer's Maasa).
Sameer: Ghajri, yeh Arjun hain. Mere sabse achcha dost hain. Sach kahun toh dost se zyaada bhai jaiso hain. Kuch waqt keliye yeh yehi rahega, mere saath. Thare ko iska bhi achcha khayal rakhna hain.
Ghajri: Ji kunvar sa. Hum chote kunvar sa ka poora khayal rakhenge. Aapko shikayat ko koi mauka na devego.
Arjun frowns and looks at Sam: chote kunvar sa?
Sam rolls his eyes and smiles: Arjun , Ghajri tumhe chote kunvar sa keh rahe hain.
Arjun: par kyun?
Sam: kyonki mene tumhe apna bhai kaha.
Before Arjun could reply Sam gets a call.
Sam frowns: Commissioner Sir ka phone?
He goes little away to take the call.
Arjun looks around the hall and then asks Ghajri: Mera room?
Ghajri: Kunvar sa ne bataya tha ki ek aur kamra saaf karne ko.
Saying that she shows him the room.
Ghajri: humne sab kuch thayyar kare hein. Agar kuch chut gaye ho to hume bata dijiye.
Arjun nods and Ghajri goes from there.
Arjun was looking around the room and stepped in to the balcony when Sam finished the call and came to look for Arjun.
Sam calls for Arjun, and hearing the call, Arjun comes to room locking the balcony door.
Sam: Commissioner Sir ne bulaya hein. Waise sab theek heina?
Arjun: Sab theek hein. Perfect.
Sam smiles: Good. Toh mein nikalta hoon.
Arjun: Theek hain. Mujhe bhi Station jana hain.
Sam: Mein drop kar doon?
Arjun: iski koi zaroorat nahiin hain. Tum jao. Mujhe thoda waqt lagega.
Sam leaves saying: Toh phir shaam ko milte hein.
Arjun unpacks few necessary stuffs to get freshened up and gets ready for station.
On the way he gets a call .

Sameer reaches Commissioner Sir's office
He was asked to wait as the Commissioner was in a small meeting.
After waiting for about 20 min , Sam was called in.
Sameer salutes the Commissioner and was asked to take a seat.
Comm: kaise ho?
Sam: Perfectly fine Sir.
Comm: Mene tumhe kuch important kehne ke liye bulaya hain.
Comm:Tumhare pichle 3 mission ke success ko nazar rakhte hue, higher officials ne tumhe Promotion dene ka phesla kiya hain. Yeh rahi Promotion Letter. Congrats ACP Sameer. Well done.
Sameer accept the letter and shakes hands with the commissioner.
Comm: Ek aur baat hain jiske baare mein mujhe tumse baat karna hain.
Sameer looks on and Commissioner continues: Mumbai ke criminal rates din bar din badhti jaarahi hain. Toh higher officials ne phesla kiya ki ek nayi team banaya jaye.
Sameer: Nayi team?
Comm: Haan. Nayi team. Naam hoga ETF. Emergency Task Force. Iss team ke mumbai branch ke Chief honge tum, Sameer. Iss team mein Technical Expert, Commando, Ammunition expert , Narcotics Expert, Encounter specialist, Commando, Research analyst sab honge.
Sam: That would be really great Sir.
Comm: Iss team ke saare recruitment lag bag ho chuke hein. Office bhi ek mahine mein thayyar ho jayenge.
Seeing Sameer a bit hesitant Commissioner continues: Mujhe yaad hein , ek undercover Mission ke baad aksar officers lambi chhutti lete hein aur tumne do mahine ki chutti mange the, tumhari behen ke shaadi ke liye, jo agle mahine hein.
Commissioner hesitates a bit and continues: Shaadi agle machine hein toh shaadi par jaane se pehle ek aur case handle karna hoga tumhe.
Sameer: No issues Sir. I would be glad to. Whats the Case.
Commissioner was very impressed and smiles: Mujhe tumse yahiin ummeed tha. Yeh ek high profile case hein. Ek Minister ko kaphi dino se threat calls and messages aarrahe hein. Toh oopar se bahut pressure bhi hein iss case keliye. Sab chahte hein yeh case jald hi solve ho or ek sincere officer ko diya jaye. Toh mene tumhare aur ek officer ke naam suggest kiya tha aur unlogone maan liya hein. Woh doosra officer bhi abhi aata hi hoga.
Commissioner gets call: Ask him to come in.
Comm to Sameer: The officer who will be working with u on this case has come.
The new officer comes in and salutes the Commissioner.
Commissioner explains the case to the Officer.
Comm: In this case u will be assisisting him, gesturing towards Sameer.
Comm to Sameer: He will be assisting u in this case. Meet Senior Inspector Arjun. And Arjun this is ACP Sameer.
Hearing Arjun's name, Sameer look towards Arjun surprised.
Seeing Sameer, Arjun also was no less surprised.
Both Sameer and Arjun, collects themselves bcoz they don't want to disclose their friendship due to security reasons.
(I guess by now everyone understood who called Arjun. Samjhe yaa Samjhaun 😉)
Comm: Sameer , Take this file which contains all the details of this case. U both will be going to the Minister's house as his distant relative from a small town. All the details and required documents are in the file. U both are dispersed.
Sameer and Arjun salutes Commissioner and leave the office.
Both of them gets into SUV to go to Sameer's flat to start preparing for the undercover mission.
Sameer: we would be working together. Wow. Now u get used to it.
Arjun: Used to what?
Sameer: Of course saluting me and calling me Sir.
Arjun: Y would I be doing that.
Sameer: Bcoz I am an ACP now. Got promoted, u see.
He smirks seeing Arjun raising his eyebrows looking at Sameer.
Arjun: I don't think so.
Sameer frowns: y so?
Arjun: The moment we were assigned this mission, we both are officially off-duty. Ab tum Samjhe yaa Samjhaun
Sameer mutters: huh achcha khaasa mauka tha, chalagaya. Huh.
Arjun: Idhar Udhar ke baaton par dhyaan dene se behtar hoga, ki tum saamne dekh ke gaadi chalao toh. Woh kya hain na mujhe ek hi piece mein ghar pohonchna hein.
Sameer glares at Arjun seeing him smirking.
When they reach home, both have their lunch after getting freshened up.
Then they start studying and discussing the Case file.
By the time they finish going through the file, it was time for dinner. After dinner they pack their stuff and go to sleep.
Next Morning after all the morning chores, both end up on dining table for breakfast.
Sameer: Ghajri, hum dono kuch dino ke liye baaahar jaa rahe hein. Agar koi zaroori baat ho toh, Mein phone nahiin utha paunga. Isiliye Maasa ko ya phir Arjun ke ghar phone karlena. Yeh raha Arjun ke Ghar ka address or number.
Ghajri: ji, kunvar sa.
Arjun and Sameer leave for their mission.
I hope this is long enough.
Ever since, I started this story I was not not satisfied with the name. So I might be changing it.
I want something depicts "When u meet a stranger u feel u know them but u don't, u recognise them but still cannot , in the end it turns out to be someone from past long forgotten." Let me know if any of u have any suggestions.
I have already got 1 suggestion "Apnasa Ajnabi"
The cases in this story won't be descriptive as I don't know how to. Most of the cases will be the same as in the Show with slight changes. I will be mostly concentrating on relationships rather than Cases. I hope u all don't mind that.
Can anyone please tell me how to restrict the parts from getting copied.
