Chapter 7

RADHA had retired to her room while SR and Rawatji went to make preparations for their upcoming incognito trip to ORPHANAGE in the village. Arjun stayed back in his mother's room .

Arjun: Ma

NN: Yes Arjun, she stares at her son who had grown up so much but right now in the moment he was still the same young boy who was feeling bad that he was not able to save his friend

Arjun: You know everything and yet you want me to speak

NN: By speaking you are acknowledging your faults and mistakes Arjun. You are accepting facts that led to disastrous consequences and yes I know I should have spoken to you and not closed the doors on your face but at the time it was essential otherwise I would not have been able to complete my tasks

Arjun: I understand Ma but now what do I do? She wouldn't want to meet me after all I did- leaving her alone and helpless on the stairs of the same temple where you closed the doors on me - I walked out on her and when the news of Rao Mamrakh ji's death came I did not even go to attend the funeral rites worried that I might run into her

NN: We all made a lot of mistakes Arjun and the time has come to make them alright or at least make an effort from our side to work them out for a better future. Come here

Arjun goes and sits by her on the ground he places his head on her lap and she lovingly rubs her fingers through his hair humming his lullaby while he falls asleep

Chapter 8

Sameer Rathor was one of Arjun's oldest and most loyal friends - for the sake of his friendship he left with Arjun after NN left palace to study further and assist him in every possible way. HE cut his ties with his wife Ayesha who was a close friend to Riya - the love of Arjun's life- the love he did not cherish and hurt and in return hurt himself as well. Only Sameer knew the pain Arjun inflicted upon himself as he tried to forget Riya. Arjun tried to be with other girls but ended up calling them Riya and then he steered away from the female population focusing his energies on his business from the foreign invaders but even there he could not get her out of his heart or mind. Once a little girl was crying hysterically because her friend MINNI a young kitten was taken away by the other children - she begged Arjun to save her friend and he did but later on Sameer found himself reminiscing about the times he spent with Riya and her Minni.

And now Aunty was back and with her came the truth - the truth that Riya was innocent and wrongly accused, punished for actions that were never hers in the first place and now as he pondered over the astrological charts of Karan he realised that Karan was in danger as RajPurohitji predicted and maybe their prayers could only be answered by the one person who was no longer with them

Radha had made a decision she knew what she had to do in order to protect her son and she would do it and so will Karan if he wishes to stay alive. Radha requests to meet Naina who at the time was with RajPurohitji and the others. Radha comes with a neutral face and says

As you suggested RajPurohitji we will go and apologise to Riya and her family in bandra for all the pain we unknowingly gave her. I will personally seek forgiveness from her and request her to help us.

When are we leaving for Bandra I need to make some preparations

Rawatji informs her that they will leave in 2 days and she leaves

Chapter 9

Arjun had been practicing in the room for some time now - in 2 days everyone was going to Bandra in orphanage in disguise. He would be returning to his in-laws place to his Riya. Will she forgive him? How would she look like? Will they be welcomed or will stones be thrown on them? He took a deep breath when Sameer came in and said Arjun Rawatji is asking for you as they need to check the disguises for the family. Arjun nods his head and then asks his friend: Sameer are you scared of meeting Ayesha and her father after all these years?

Sameer looks at his friend: Yes Arjun I'm terrified because I know I hurt her badly and that in turn hurt her father as well but I will go there with the sheer determination to win her trust and heart again. So will you Arjun - you hurt yourself as well when you pushed Riya Bhabisa out of your life and I know that she would forgive everyone

BANDRA- ORPHANAGE AND OLD AGE HOME

People went about doing their chores - men going to farms and setting up market place while ladies after finishing their household chores gathered their stuff and went to the temple. Children well they were not playing or frolicking rather all the boys were training under the guidance of their teacher while the girls were also being trained in the art of dance

The two people return and they proceed to meet Angel when they run into a young teenage boy who had just finished his practice.

raghu: So you are back early I thought it would take you at least an year in your return

One of the people name was Lakhan .

Lakhan: We apologise for the delay Raghu Bhai but we were only able to speak with SR yesterday and we renounced his services and came here without taking a break

Lakhan was just like Raghu but more experienced in the art of TALKING and Raghu had gained a lot of knowledge and respect for him so he didn't say anything but made sure to keep his eyes out

Lakhan: We were going to meet ANGEL as we need to inform her of a new development in palace especially with the family.

Raghu nods his head and they proceed to the gardens where little girls were being trained -all of them were given basic dance training while some were trained specifically to be dancers, others took on medicine as a specialisation. A lone figure stood on the corner observing everything when Lakhan approached

Raghu: We apologise for intruding but we have some news di

Di: Please tell me that you did not destroy anything else under the pretence of your training Raghu

Raghu: No DI but interesting news has come in from palace

DI: Hmmm interesting news you say so let's hear it then
