The entire family of rawte is seated in the hall taking breakfast when a messenger brings a sealed letter for mrs. Radha rawte who faints after reading it creating an alarm. Veer the youngest wife of suryakant rawte picks up the letter and has shock written on her face
SR: Veer whose letter is this?
VEER:the letter is from naina di!!!!
Everyone is stunned - a letter from mrs.naina rawte had arrived which meant that she would be returning as well. Radha had been taken to her chamber where she was resting but in reality she was thinking about the letter and its consequences
Arjun, SR, Rawatji, Karan and the others come over for a visit when she twists the letter as a prank played on them but arrival of Guru Raghvendra and his confession leaves them shocked and sad
Guru Raghvendra was a man of principles so when he himself found out about the incident at Rawte palace he spoke to Naina Baiji about it as he believed that everything that happened with Riya was wrong and unjust. Naina had been so upset and ashamed at her family's way and felt guilty on learning about Rao Mamrakh's Riya's father death that she decided to help her daughter-in-law in a way that would be remembered for years to come. So she came up with a plan - a plan to teach everyone especially RD(RADHA)a lesson and she prayed with her heart that it worked
Chapter 2
Guru Raghvendra rarely involved himself in familial issues but seeing the injustice happening to orphanage and its residents he decided to help naina Baiji in her quest which brings him to his current location - seated comfortably in the luxurious room of the palace he was waiting for his hosts to show up as when they did he (GR) was about to tilt their entire world on its axis
Radha accompanied everyone to meet Guru Raghvendra as she wished to learn the motives behind his impromptu visit. So after all greetings were done he (SR) broached the topic of his visit
GR: I have come here to escort Riya Baisa to naina Baiji so that her efforts to keep this family safe especially your son Kunwar Karan can be completed
SR:Riya? Naina wants Riya of all people?
GR: Why wouldn't she want her? As far as I know she has been singing praises of her daughter-in-law in all the holy places she has been visiting making sure that no harms come to the family
Everyone looks shocked at this revelation and Radha tries to steer them towards the lie she had created
RD: I apologise for interrupting but we were under the influence that it was because of Riya that di left all of us. She in briefs re-counts the entire incident
GR: I cannot believe it that you are saying this Radha Baiji (making everyone stare at the woman)
RD: I don't understand Guruji
GR: I met with Naina Baiji very recently and she told me she has been in constant touch with you since her departure that all the messages she sent with regards to the puja, fasts and special rituals to be performed by Riya baisa have been met with as per your responses
RD is stunned to learn this developing fact
SR: What is he saying Radha? Have you been in touch with Naina and not informed us about it?
RD: No... I never received any letters
GR: But she has been getting responses with your signature Radha Baiji
Rawatji speaks up: Maybe someone did play a prank on us surya - a prank that led to an innocent child being blamed for all the bad- a prank that led to the daughter-in-law of this family to be humiliated and insulted and thrown out like mere garbage and now with this new development we are again seeing a prank - someone is out to harm the royal family and succeeded in breaking it apart
Arjun's head is hung low realising the truth about everything - Riya was innocent and he blamed her for his mother's departure from his life. He married her took vows to protect and honour her in front of the sacred fire but he never fulfilled them at all
GR: Rawatji are you telling me that Riya is no longer at the Rawte palace
Rawatji: I'm telling you Guruji that mere 24hrs after her wedding Riya was thrown out of Rawte palace for making Naina Baiji leave
Chapter 3
GR: Hmmm then I need to leave and inform Naina Baiji about it after all only she would know on how to proceed with the puja
VEER: May I ask about the significance of the puja Guruji
GR: Ji.. Naina Baiji was informed by an astrologer that the family would be facing a major crisis especially Kunwar Karan who would probably come face to face with death and not survive. The only way to counter it was to devote oneself in utter supplication to the Gods for at least 8years. NainaBaiji knew that Radha Baiji would not have been able to do it as Karan at the time was a toddler and she was attached to him as any mother so for the betterment of this family she went to perform the rigorous task of devotion which included separation from one's family, renouncing every worldly luxury, fasting without taking a drop of water and holy pilgrimage. Unfortunately I have to be the bearer of the bad news that all her efforts had been in vain
VEER: Why is Riya important for the puja?
GR: Well after Naina Baiji Riya is the only person in this family well in the entire city to be honest that can devote herself completely. Her virtues extol her to be the most blessed of us all but after what was done to her I would be surprised to know that she wants to even see Kunwar Arjun or anyone from this family
Everyone is in shock learning the truth about Naina Baiji's reason for leaving them except Veer Bai who was confused but GR had already placated her with his reasons. SR, Rawatji and Arjun were all feeling guilty on their past actions and Radha well she was numb - her son's life was at stake and the one person who could save him was sent away by her own actions
RD: I will go to ORPHANAGE. She declared as everyone turned to look at her when suddenly a servant runs in with the news of Naina Baiji's arrival in palace.
Chapter-4
Naina had received the message that Guru Raghvendra had reached the rawte palace that meant the plan was in motion and now the family would be in complete astonishment and overwhelmed from learning the truth she wanted to spread - he main reason for leaving was Veer Bai's harsh words but she never thought that poor Riya would be blamed for the mess. Now she as her mother-in-law would make everything alright - Riya would hold all the power and she would have the choice to forgive them all and accept her son again or never see them for the rest of her life
It was time Radha Rawte was given a taste of her own medicine- a bitter pill that she (NAINA) would thoroughly enjoy watching her (RD) swallow and now was the time for her entrance
Dressed in a simple yellow saree with beads in her hands devoid of any jewellery Naina Bai still managed to look the most beautiful woman present in the hall. SURYAKANT and ARJUN both were staring at the woman who meant the world to them, Veer Bai was scared of meeting her gaze, Rawatji looked happy to have her back and RADHA was looking at her like she saw a ghost
NN(NAINA): Before anyone starts with their questions I wish to meet my daughter-in-law so that I can make the preparations for the final puja. So kindly call Riya as well
Everyone (except RD) hang their heads in shame as if unable to speak a word about the girl in question
NN: Why is everyone staring at the ground? Arjun call Riya I need to speak to her
Arjun looks at his mother and then back at the ground when Rawatji speaks up
Rawatji: Baisa Riya is not in the palace
NN: Not in the palace. She must have gone to the temple. Send one of the servants to call her back
VB: Rawatji meant that Riya is not in palace di
NN looks at the youngest bride - she was still the same as she left her- scared of her own shadow trying a way to fit in the family but still on the periphery a mere stranger. NN felt a pang of pain for her but right now she needed to think about her daughter-in-law
GR: Baisa please allow me to tell you of the incidents after you left the palace

Naina Baiji was an amazing actress GR thought after all only she could have pulled an all angry and disappointed look at the same time. The entire family had been silenced with her glares and even Radha had no response for her questions especially when she presented the letters of response carrying her signatures. Radha was in caught in a deadly storm and there was no way she would survive it intact
NN: di I'll go and bring her back
NN stares the woman who was decked up like a newlywed bride herself
NN: And what do you intend on saying to her?
RD: I will bring her back di. Riya is our daughter-in-law and I...
NN: Now she is your daughter-in-law what happened to this relation when she was being dragged out of the palace Radha? It was you who kicked her out and the order came from you right Surya and don't get me started on Arjun
ARJUN: Rani Ma please understand that it was a misunderstanding
NN: It was a misunderstanding Arjun - I misunderstood your feelings for that girl. You were the one adamant on marrying her and no one else so much that you went to her home and broke her marriage with another man. You made me believe that you loved her - was this your love? Leaving behind the girl you married after 24hrs on the doorstep of a temple. She left everything behind to start a new life with you and this is the life you gave her I admit I'm at fault as well but all of you- everything I did for the last 8years is now ruined- I stayed away from my family for the sake of the health of this family, for Karan's health and this is what I come back to- a family that could not even respect their own daughter-in-law
Guruji if you don't mind I would be highly obliged if you accompanied me to orphanage - I need to go and seek forgiveness from Riya and her family for all the bad she has suffered at our hands
