Hi guys, I am a new member to this forum and this is my first ever ff. Let me introduce myself, my name is Shreya and I love romance. I have read a lot of ffs, ss' and oss, and they are all brilliant. I probably don't stand a chance against you guys but writing is my passion: my only outlet.

This is quite a sad story but it has a happy ending. I have fallen in love with Arjun so I thought to write my first ff in remembrance of the show as it is ending soon. 😭

I have introduced a new character called Prerna and the story will be in her point of view. I hope you like her. If not, I will try my best to change the story!😳

I will post the second part if I get any response from the first! So keep the comments coming in! Thali ho ya gali, dono hi manzoor hai!😉

When I was four years old, my mum died of cancer. I never realized what I had lost. Growing up, I had no idea what a mother was and started missing whoever it was, badly.On the same date of the following month, after she had died, my dad got married again. The woman had a son who was three years older than me. She was cruel, harsh and rude.

After a while, my dad, (ashamed to call that betrayer that,) got fed up of the hatred that my step-mother had for me. He had completely forgotten who my mother was and pretended he didn't know her. Seeing as there was nothing he could do about me, (he had developed a certain dislike for me,) he left me, on the streets... alone. I had nothing, no one. For one whole week, I had to survive the cold nights, living off scraps of food in the dustbins and water from the pond. For the first of many times, I felt sorry for myself.😭

I know, I know, it's rubbish. But still I would love to hear what you think. Arjun will probably appear somewhere near part 3. Thali, gali, tomatar ya aloo, sab chalega. Samjhe ya samjaun?😉

Hey guys! I just wanted to thank you for your comments on my first part. It really boosted my confidence. Some of you have beeen asking whether Arjun's character changes or not. As we all know, he's like that because of Roshni's death, so I'm going to tell you the past between Arjun and Prerna first. Thanks again for commenting!

Part 2-

The day I thought I was going to die, a woman came up to me. She asked me who I was and how I ended up on the streets. I must have been wearing a nice dress that day . Anyway, I was too weak to answer anything. She ook me to an orphanage and told me her name was Kritika Tai. I was so weak and devoured any food that I got lile a hungry wolf. I used to cry. A lot.
Throughout my childhood, I was a lonely and secluded character. Coming back from school, I used to watch children smiling and laughing with their parents in the park. I had no one, nothing to share my happiness or sorrows with. I learned that the only happiness I would get would be food and water to survive.
Teenage years went by, I grew up into a beautiful, mature youmg woman (at least I think so!) I caught the attention of many boys. But unfortunately for them, it never happened vice versa. I joined university. I was smart and had a passion for learning, which helped block out my past. I made loads of friends, even in the most unusual way.
It was then that my fate took a turn on me. I met someone who changed my life forever. Arjun Surryakant Rawte.

Sorry guys, these first few parts are quite short. But bear with me, and I will soon post longer parts!
