Character Sketch
Aisha Kapoor:
An orphan brought up in a orphanage. She was abandoned by her parents in the hospital. A kind hearted old man Mr Pratap Singh Rathod sponsored her education. She went onto become a brave police officer.
She has a secret crush on Arjun.

Pratap Singh Rathod (Daadu as kids call him lovingly):
An 80-years young man 😊. He inherited a big palatial house from his ancestors and turned it in to a heritage hotel and with that he started his chain of hotels in various cities and finally settled down in Mumbai. He lost his wife, son and daughter-in-law in an accident. That incident left him hurt and in despair but he had to take care of his 8-year old grandson Cheeku who was in shock of losing his parents. The duo built a new world for them. He brought up Cheeku with good values. He was disappointed a little when Cheeku chose not to join his hotel business but was proud of his achievements as a dedicated police officer. It gave him immense happiness when people addressed him as grandfather of Sameer Rathod, Chief of elite ETF.
As a goodwill he used to donate for the education of orphaned children in memory of his dead family and used to visit the orphanages with Sameer. There, an intelligent and sharp girl Aisha caught his attention and he started giving personal attention to her. And after knowing her past, he felt bad for her and sad about discrimination against women.
He is now friends with entire ETF team and loves making fun of Sameer in front of his juniors.
Sameer Singh Rathod
ETF chief and Mr Pratap Singh Rathod's Cheeku. He lost his parents at a young age and was going into a shell when his grandfather introduced him to a new world. He took Sameer to an orphanage, where he saw many orphaned kids, some of whom had never seen their parents and had no family. He felt blessed to have his Daadu with him and this gave him new hope and he started taking interest in social work with Daadu. After a point he realised that if he joins a government job, he would be in a better position to help society and after thinking a lot about it, he decided to become a police officer.
Though he made friends with many kids in orphanage, but after knowing about Aisha's past, he became more protective towards her, but at the same time he inspired and prepared her to defend herself and become a police officer herself and help others in society.
Sameer and Aisha share a very strong bond as friends. It was Aisha, who supported Sameer when he had a heart break, when the girl he loved left him. Daadu is worried about Sameer but doesn't want to force Sameer into any relationship against his will and just wants him to be happy.
Mr Rathod and Sameer are a family for Aisha.
Arjun Suryakant Rawte
A hot headed but a sharp cop. Second in command of ETF. A loner by nature and is friendly with Sameer and his Daadu.
He has a secret crush on Aisha.
He has some family problems that will come later.
Chandrakant Patil (Chhotu)
A kind hearted and a lovable guy. He is a commando in ETF. He lives with his mother. His father was an army officer and died while fighting for the country.
Mrs Sunanda Patil
Chhotu's mother. A professor in a college and also manages a trust for Army men's widow trust. A sweet and simple woman. (Zuby!!! Kuch yaad aaya 😉)
Shreekant Sen
A simple guy who recently joined ETF as a technical expert. He has a painful past. His elder sister was a victim of domestic violence and ended up in a mental asylum. He broke up all the relations with his parents as he held them responsible for his sister's condition.
In spite of knowing that, her husband was torturing her, they forced her to go back to him. He felt very helpless when he couldn't do anything for his sister as he was still not on his own when all this happened.
Ashima Sen
Shreekant Sen's sister. Shree and Liza call her Tinu Di. A simple and obedient girl married to a cruel and a chauvinist man. He forced her thrice to abort her child when he got to know that it was a female child.
She came back to her parents for help, but they told her that she is a burden on them and her coming back to their place will bring shame to them and will have a bad impact on Shree's future. She suffered nervous breakdown and ended up in a mental asylum.
Liza D'cruz
Forensic expert in ETF. Daughter of a govt officer and lived at many places. In one such posting, when she was in college, she was in the same city as Shree and they studied together for few years in school and kept in touch after that. She was Shree's only friend with whom he shared all his pain. She loves Shree but she knows that Shree had nothing on his mind except his sister's condition.
She adored Ashima too, as Ashima used to help her in studies when she was studying with Shree and was equally sad about her state.
Other characters will be introduced as the story progresses 😊
(P.S. - A secret: Daadu has observed Aisha and Arjun stealing glances at each other many times and he knows that they have a crush on each other 😉 )
