She was numb…..! Usually she would have slapped an unknown person to touch her……lifting her in arms was far away! But she didn't do anything…..cause she didn't had any disgussed feeling in his touch. She only found care…..for which, she craved for so long!

The pera medic team startd dressin her immediately, cause it was clearly visible that, one single mistake, and Arjun would blow their heads off! But she was only looking at Him!

After the dressin done, Arjun asked her, 'are u ok?'

She replied, 'hmm….'

'chalo, mai tumhe ghar drop kar deta hu.'

And she agreed! She couldn't believe herself! She agreed to go with a man to her home, whome she didn't even know! But…….it seemd, as if she knew him frm long time……

The drive towerds her home was silent, only she was instructing him towards her home. When they reachd her home, she offerd him to come inside for a cup of tea. But he said no and told her to take rest. She just nodded , thanked him and went towards her home.

'Mujhe bhi apni tarha Namak wala chai pilane ka iradaa hai kya miss Namak??' a small smile crept on his lips. But it was vanished abruptly,,,,, ''What have I done?? I didn't even asked her name! What's wrong with me??'

Soon, Arjun ended up in doing such some thinks that he couldn't even imagin in his craziest thought!

He followed a girl, only to find out about her daily routine,, so that he could get a glimps of her regularly…… Just like a teen-age college boy!!

'Miss Namak………, you r going to be the death of me one day! Wait,,,,,,,,what have I just said?? Miss Namak…..?? hmm…..not a bad name actually!' he laughed mentally.

He was waiting in his car in frnt of her school. There she was,,,,coming out of her school gate. But what made him shockd was,,, she was actually walking towards his car. She just opend the door and sat beside him on the passenger sit. For the 1^st time in his life he was out of word. He couldn't understand what to say. So he stammerd, ' Wo…mai…idhar se hi jaa raha tha….'

'Aapa kaam shayad aaj kaal meri aas paas hi zyada hote hai? Meri school ke samne, bachcho ke gaana ke school ke samne, mai jis departmental store se shopping karti hu uss ke samne….hai na?

Arjun didn't say anything. He just remaind silent just like teen age college boy…..who had just cought by his crash!

'I know that u r a police officer, aap yun chutki me meri saari informant nikalwa sakte hai. But aapne aisa kiya nehi.' She said.

'And how can u be so sure about that?'

'Pata nehi,,, bass, aapke aankhe keh raha hai. Mujhe to doubt hai ke aap meri naam tak jante hai ke nehi…'

Arjun motiond his head in negative. Seeing that, she just chukld! That had lighten the situation little bit than before.

'My name is Riya Mukherjee.'

Riya…..Riya…..Riya… the name was now ringing in his head just like a song! Now, he suddenly did a very daring act-

'I LOVE YOU RIYA!!!'

She was totally shockd at his sudden confession. It's not like that she didn't understand that he loved her….but she didn't expected it so sudden!

'I know, tum mere bare me kya soch rahi hogi, mai tum par koi pressure nehi dalna chahta hu. This is your life, and u hav the full liberty to make ur discitions. I just…..'

But he couldn't complete the sentence…

'I love you too….' Came her sweet honey like voice!! Now it was Arjun's turn to be shocked!

Riya: haan, mai bhi aapse pyaar karne laagi hu, pehli baar jab maine aap ke aanke dekhi, tab hi ussme mere liye apka pyar hi nazar aaya mujhe. Par, aap mere past ke bare me kuch nehi jante. Kya mere past ke bare me janne ke baad aap mujhe utna hi pyaar karenge jitna aab karte hai?

Arjun was silent, he was just listening to her. So she continud-

Riya: mai 'Lagna vrashta' hu Arjun! Meri shaadi tey hua tha, aur ladka kisi aur ladki ko pasand karta tha… mai dulhan banke mandap me baithi rahi, lekin dulha…nehi aaya!

Now, her eyes were flowing with water. But she continud-

'Hum Bangali ladki ki mandap me baith ne ke baad, agar ek baar toot jata hai, to uss ladki ko 'Lagna vrashta' kehlaye jaate hai. Aur uss ladki ko ashubh mana jata hai…. Usske baad mai meri bhai-bhabi ke aur bojh nehi banna chahti thi. Iss liye yaha Mumbai chali aayi…

Kya ye saab janne ke baad aap mujhse shaadi karenge??'

Arjun was silent. He was actually in total shock, 'iss khub surat muskurahat ke piche itne dard kaise chupa lete ho tum?' he was thinking.

But Riya misunderstood his silence. She was just about to open the car door. But Arjun hold his hand, lockd the door and startd the car. He was driving the car like maniac….now Riya was frightnd.

Arjun stoppd the car. She saw they were now outside a caf shop. Yeh,, it was the same caf shop where Arjun 1^st saw his lady love!

He draggd her inside the caf and stood in the middle of the shop. He hold her hand and kneeld down in frnt of her.

'Riya, tum nehi janti, lekin mai janta hu, tum mere liye perfect ho….lekin, mai tumhare liye perfect nehi hu. But I'll always try my best to keep hold the smile on your lips. Kyat um tumhari NAMAK wala chai ke jaisa namak daal ke mere beswad zindegi ko swadisht banana chahogi? Will u marry me Riya?'

Riya was unable to think anything….anymore. The whole crowd of the caf stood on their feet and said, 'Say YES…..say YES…!!'

And yeh, She sad slowly, 'Yes Arjun….YES!!' water was continuously coming out frm her eyes. Arjun just enterd his hand into his pocket, and a beautifu…….simple, but elegent diamond ring came out! He just slippd the ring into her Ring finger and huggd her! The whole crowd cheerd for them! That made Riya to come out of her trances, now she felt little bit emberessd. So she slowly broke the hug. Arjun understood that. So he slowly lead Riya to a corner table.

The caf boy came for the order.

Arjun: 2 chai, ek me chini….dusre me NAMAK. Riya, tum kya khaogi?

Riya just nodded her head in negative. So the boy went away to bring the tea. That's when the word 'Namak wala chai' hit her head. So she askd, 'Ye,,, Namak wala chai kiss ke liye?'

OK guys……. Ye raha 2^nd part. Ek aur part hoga iss story ka. I know, boaring hai. Par kya kare, I can't stop myself frm writing the story.
