Arjun's POV - true ... he has no way to go... no direction to think...all random thoughts flooded in his mind... he just knew what happened ... but he is not at all in a position to act ... because he doesn't know the reason behind it ... and he cannot even ask Sam directly about it ... and that is exactly what is bothering him.. the feeling of being helpless... ... not being able to help the two most important people in his life...

Helpless he is but he has his bee😉

Sam's POV - My guess was correct ... his move bounced back badly on him ... That's true that he feels lighter now as he has set Arjun and Mau free but still the fact remains that he loved Mau ... and the back story that u have given for Sam, she was the one with whom he had seen his future, after the painful and lonely past ... but definitely the cost of it was too much to bear ... 😭

Yes ..absolutey he wanted to give them a chance as he knew that they were maybe for keeps..and he is the one who is alone now

He had a good girl with whom he could have spent his life with ...but she maynot be his soulmate and he knew that

...now Mau left without a word and he doesn't know what to tell Arjun ... He is lost now...it was for him and Mau he broke up with her...how much hard he tries, he cannot deny this fact... but now he ended fighting himself and his emotions ... he couldn't achieve what he wished to and now Mau too is not in his life...

Mau's POV: She knows she is just running away from both Arjun and Sam ... She knows that she has hurt both ... but at the same time she was guilt ridden ... Sam can have his happy ending with Ayesha the way Mau thinks... but definitely the void that Mau has left in his life will always be there... Ayesha cannot take Mau's place ... Ayesha has to create her own place in his life and heart...

Yes ...Sam was and would be intergral part of her and vice versa is true... She could love him with 100 % of the love that she had

But there is more to it now... she had to share something with Sam-Arjun ... what was that? was she able to do that?

Unknowingly she got entangled in this web.

Sam used her as a bait and she too walked away from Sam while she was the one who can help him, but both are oblivious to this fact. She doesn't know about Sam's true feelings towards her.

She too is somewhere attracted towards Sam but knows Sam is in relationship with Mau ... She also knows Arjun loves Mau ... She knows something wrong with Sam as he must have shouted on her ("Beast is roaring today, who has bitten him" and "He better OP otherwise he will get good lesson form my end too ") ... this conversation cracked me up between this serious stuff 😆😆😆

P.S. - What u do to this story is ur decision, but definitely I would be the one who will be at the biggest loss if u discontinue this 😭😭😭😭.

While other stories thrill me and entertain me, somewhere I know that they are fiction. But this story is different from others. It feels so real and human. This is the only story where I tend to think like characters of it while reading it. 😳

I will not Discontinue the story that of sure ..but i am sure the impact of BK leaving would be there

Sad but true and in way ...if he has got a good show i am glad for him ..he would get his due there...but he always will be Rathore for me

Reading Sameer's POV felt like he expected sumthing to happen but something else happened instead.Sach hi kaha hai kisine Hum Sochte kuch hai aur hota kuch hai.
News about Shama's death was another blow to his already added guilt.This might be one of the reason that have changed the Sameer,Aisha & Arjun's equation.

Chapter 9 " Leap

The car moved across the narrow path and she moved her head out to feel the breeze. Living in Mumbai for so long, this was what she had missed - Nature.

It had started drizzling and but she was already prepared

"Rainy Season hai Bee, Keep something warm with you "

He was right as usual, there was certain chillness in the weather and it made her uncomfortable. The same feeling that crept in from the past few days again resurfaced. It wasn't the first time Arjun was away on an undercover mission but this one particularly irked her as she had no idea regarding it. She called Shree yet again

"Shree, Any news on Arjun "

"Nahi Ayesha, I am still trying to track him "

She sighed and slumped back to the seat "Where are you Arjun"

She closed her eyes to catch some sleep, and unknowingly memories from the past made their way in

It was week since anyone had seen Beast but none had the courage to ask anything. She had expected Arjun to rush after him but he was calm unusually calm. The facts were only revealed when Commissioner Cohelo had come to the office for a meeting.

"Team; there are few changes in the ETF organization. You all would know that ACP Sameer Rathore has moved out of ETF for his personal work. I am sure we all will miss him but till then "

"ACP Arjun Rawte would be the new Chief for ETF and Ayesha Kapoor as the Second in Command"

The one sentence that changed everything, people had started to congratulate both of them but he was far away from any happiness. A slight nod in reply to the wishes and he was already making his way through them to head towards his cabin to find some solace. It was an hour later when everything subsided and she headed towards her new boss only to find the cabin empty. No one had seen him going and neither was he picking his cell phone.

Later that night, she had woken up to constant ringing of her bell only to find Arjun standing at her door step with his luggage.

"I didn't know where else to go Bee "and moved sideways to let him enter in her house and in her life

She had watched him struggle with his luggage as they had managed to tidy the guest room. He wasn't her OP but just a ghost of him. A "Thank You" was all that he had managed to speak that night. A hope that maybe morning would bring a change crashed as he had left the office before her. The day in office was like any other yet different. The winds changed their direction and all could feel it. Cases were solved but there wasn't a roar to be heard and she missed it.

She missed the beast

Days went on, her OP was lost and that moment had she decided to take things in her hands only to be disappointed as he didn't come home that night .The thought of tracking his number crossed her mind but she didn't want to involve anyone else in it

The clock struck 5 in the morning and she woke up to check if he had returned and to her utter relief he was in his room staring out from the window. Maybe it wasn't a good time to talk yet.She had taken a step to return when she heard him speak

Sam had never promised me anything; in fact he hated me for spoiling his birthday party. It was his 8th birthday when we met for the first time. I had won the musical chairs and he had fell down trying to get to the chair , all laughed at him but I felt bad , I knew what being laughed feels like , I had chased him the whole day for aplologizing but he never said anything. Only after a week he agreed to be friends only if I let him win the next time and I did. He was my wingman everytime i tried to woo any girl or was running away from them . If anyone comes to now what all we did in our training days , they will throw us out .

Bee can I stay with you please, and he finally turned to face her , not stopping the tears in his eyes , not trying to mask his helplessness, not trying to show his weakness to maybe the only one who wouldn't judge him.

and she moved forward to embrace him

She had no idea on how long she had held him comforting him .It pained her too see him in such a state and for once she couldnt pin point who amongst them was wrong .Maybe she shpould levae all in the hands of destiny .

"Did you talk with him "

"Yes"

"Is he fine "

"No" and chuckled to which she had narrowed her eyes

"You are worried about the beast, Bee. Did I shock you so much with the rona dhona ? 180 degree change"

"Shut up Op!!! Humanity sake "

"Yes, Asprin cares for the beast yay. Can we do the happy dance now?

She managed to shake her head, how soon he had become her OP the pain that had found an outlet few minutes were back to its original place " His heart. Hidden by those playful eyes ...

The discussion had ended with that one sentence and before they knew it was the time to head towards office. Something had changed that day, she had seen him in the office, he was the same old Arjun but more determined, a terror to the criminals and even to the staff. Ruthless ad Arrogant, he bent many rules but no one had dared to question.

His vulnerability had surfaced later that night when she had heard him shout in the sleep " Shama " was all he had said . That night she had sat by him, stroking his hair and that had seemed to calm him down.

The screeching sound of the tire's brought her back. It would be more than a year since that fateful day. She had lived with that truth for so long know that it had become a part of her and now remembering everything as it was yesterday was unsettling .She has called Shree again but the same response

"None knew where Arjun was "

"Firstly, this isn't just a seminar. You would need to train people too"

"But still, you are going for a undercover operation, which no one has any clue about and I will be away for this whole month. Think about the work "

"Bumble Bee ...Don't worry, I have all covered .Someone will be covering for us "

"Arjun, are you hiding something from me "

He turned towards her, surprised but then who was he kidding, His Bee read him like an open book

She should have never listened to him and agreed to be a part of this seminar. The undercover operation was a lie she knew by know.

He had gone to look for her, she knew that the past year he had been trying to find all the information but had failed but it didn't deter him and yet there was a fire in his eyes.
