2 years back Rachna would have been the happiest girl in the world. She had the love of her brother Ryaan who was more like a father for her. But fate had something in store for her.

She was a shy girl in college. Her friends used to tease her for being her bro's pet. She didn't mind it before. As it was true. But she too felt that she was not enjoying her life much as her friends. That took the turn in her life.

Ryaan was confused with the earlier change in her behavior. But he had full faith on her. He knew that she would never break his trust.

Rachna started dating a boy in her college. She never knew it was a trap. She was madly in love. late night parties and outings. Ryaan tried his best to control her. She mistook his care as stubbornness.

And after a late night party she never returned home. That was the end of Rachna.

She woke up in a cellar like room. And what followed was hell. She was abused day in and out. She was dead inside. She never knew why she was alive. Later she could only understand one thing- this is her punishment. She accepted her fate. Many a times she tried to escape, but never succeeded. She even tried to suicide but fate was never so good with her.

Then she became a servant like being in that cage. Just as an use and throw item. Many girls came in and out. In each she could see herself. There were no more tars left with her.

She fed the girls and gave them sleeping pills. They were sleeping now and she returned to the kitchen. She heard a worried voice of 2 men. She didn't have a choice other than listening.

Man 1: aaj boss bohot gusse mien hai

Man 2: aur kaise nahi hoge? Akhir pehle baar yaha se koi baahar nikla hai.

Man 1: patha nahi kaise himmat tha uss ladki mien?

Man 2: wo ek policewali thi. Isiliye ithne hoshiyaar the. Warna koi bhi ladki yaha se thode na jasaktha hai.

Rachna was shocked.

"What? Koi yaha se baahar nikli hai? iss pinchde se?" she couldn't believe it. for the first she smiled in 2 years. "lucky girl. God uska madad karna. Please usse kuch hone math dena" her prayer was sincere.

"agar wo yaha se nikal sakthe hai tho..." She kept thinking. Her smile faded. "nahi. Agar pakde jayenge tho...tho kya? Zyaada se zyaada wo mujhe maar dalenge. Aur aise zinda laash banke rahne se acha yahi tho hai. agar by chance koi madad mile? Shayad ye ladkiyan tho bach sakthe hai na? what should I do? "

She kept thinking. It was after a long time she was feeling alive. "yes. I'll try. For the girls over here." She moved slowly toward the back door. There were men. She hid and went out when she got a chance.

The outside air was more frightening than inside one. She was not used to it. for last 2 years the only world she had was the one outside the window. But she controlled herself.

She started moving ahead. But her weak body couldn't help her much. After some time someone noticed her. They started chasing her. She was running with all the power she had. Well there was not much left in her.

At last she reached the road. She never knew the direction. She ran not for her life but for those still stuck inside the house. They were closely behind her.

She saw a vehicle coming in her direction. She decided to take her chance. She went towards it and slightly hit the car. The driver stopped abruptly and saw a fallen body. He rushed to her.

A trembling body, weak and pale was sitting shivering in front of him. He took her shoulder. Her looks broke his heart. "koi kissise ithne berahmi se kaise pesh asakthe hai? look at her condition?"

He was fuming toward the unknown people who were responsible for her condition. "are you alright? Kya hua hai aapko? Kisne kiya ye sab?"

She was shivering. She was lost in his eyes and the concern it had. It was after a long time someone had shown their concern towards her. She was only used to some other looks till now. She knew she didn't have much time left before they catch up with her.

But something in her told that she was safe. She involuntarily hugged her savior. "Sir... help... please help... wo log... Mujhe...warna..." she broke down on his chest. He was shocked.

ACP Sameer Rathod was too shocked...

Rathod slowly hugged the fragile girl. "sh... its ok. You are safe now. Bolo kaun picha kar rahe hai aapko. I'll help you" then he saw a few men running towards their direction. They spotted the girl and was closing in. Rathod understood the matter. She too noticed them. She was holding onto his shirt more tightly now. He slowly made her stand up and kept her closer to his SUV.

Rathod: be here. Mien abhi aya.

He tried to move towards the men, but she held his hands and nodded negative.

Rathod: don't worry. We'll be fine. Trust me.

He left her and moved toards the men.

Man 1: chod do uss ladki ko

Rathod: kyu? Koi lagtha hai wo aapke?

Man 2: zyaada hero banne ka koshish math karo. Wo ladki achi nahi hai. kaafi purane item hai. you will get better one.

Rathod was fuming now. "chi... aise kaise baath kar sakthe ho tum? It's a girl not an item"

Man 1: dono same to same hai. ab chodo usse.

Rathod: no never.

Man2: tho tum aise nahi manoge.

He tried to hit Rathod, but they never knew it was a wrong decision. Rathod was so angry with them that he took them out immediately. There was lots of fight going on. He alone was enough to tackle them.

Rachna was worried for him. She didn't want him to be hurt. Suddenly she saw a man pointing a gun at him who was immersed in the fight. She rushed and pushed him aside. "AH.."

Rathod was pushed aside and then came a cry. She fell down bleeding on her arm. Now he lost all his control and took his gun. He shot at 2 men and killed them. others fled from site. He wanted to follow them but he went back to her.

She was losing her consciousness. She was too weak.

Rathod: hey... uthiye... don't worry... Kuch nahi hoga aapko.

Rachna slowly opens her eyes. "Sir... help... Waha ek ghar... Ladkiyan..help them... please..." She was feeling dizzy.

Rathod shook her. "hey... kaha hai wo ghar?? Kaun ho tum?? Hey..."

She woke up a bit. "mien Rachna..." now she was fully unconcious.

Rathod pulled her in his arms and started the SUV. He moved towards the Apollo hospital which was near by. In between he called Arjun. "Rawte... come to Apollo hospital immediately." Arjun had already left the hospital a few minutes back. He asked Shree to go to Office and he went back to the hospital.

Rathod reached the hospital first. The doc were reluctant to take her in as it was clear that she was abused before. But Rathod 'forced' them to take her to the OT. He was worried for her.

Arjun reached hospital and ran into Ryaan again.

Ryaan: Arjun tum firse yaha? Kya hua?

Arjun: my friend called me.

Rathod called him from behind. Arjun and Ryaan rushed to him.

Arjun: kya hua Rathod? Yaha OT ke paas kyu khade ho? Everything all right?

Rathod explains about everything.

Rathod: Arjun we should check the place ASAP. Before they get alerted.

Arjun: ha, kahi Riya bhi..

Rathod: exactly. Aur jiss haal mien ye ladki hai, I feel like killing them!!!

Arjun: kaun hai ye? Kuch bathaya?

Rathod: nahi, bas ithna patha hai uski ke naam Rachna hai.

Ryaan was shocked now as he was hearing everything.

Arjun: we should go now.

Rathod: par yaha?? Isse aise kaise chod sakthe hai?

Ryaan: don't worry sir. Aap jaiye I'll be here.

Rathod: par tum kaun ho?

Arjun: Rathod this is Ryaan. I'll explain later. Par Ryaan how can I allow you do this. You are already doing too much.

Ryaan: nahi Arjun. kisike madad kar rahi hu. Not a big deal.aap log jaiye. Mien inn donoko dekhlunga.

Arjun: ok, agar koi bhi zaroorath pade tho bula dena.(both of them leave)

The operation took some hours. The doc came out later.

Ryaan: how is she doc? I'll take her responsibility from now on.

Doc: khatre se baahar hai. magar...

Ryaan: magar kya doc?

Doc: I cant believe she is still alive. Unke shareer pe jo nishaan hai... it says she is abused very badly. For a long time indeed. She is alive. It's a miracle. Kisike bohot badi dua unke saath hai.

Ryaan: wo teekh tho hoge na?

Doc: agar aap physical injury ke bare mien puch rahe hai, tho she will be fine one day. Par mentally unhe teekh hone mien bohot time lagega.the torture she had suffered is above imagination. Any way lets hope for the best.

Ryaan was numb with the words. She was taken to ICU. He couldn't see her face due to the curtain. Now both Rachna's rooms were close by. He was waiting for both of them.

A few men started searching for Rachna again. They knew she ws hurt and would be taken to nearby hospital.so they reach Apollo hospital.

Man 1: (to receptionist) yaha Rachna naam ka koi admit hua hai?

She checks for a while. "ha. Do Rachna ko admit kia gaya hai. ek ICU mien aur ek uske paas wale ward mien.

Man 1 to 2: ICU mien dekhthe hai.

They dress up as ward boys and move towards ICU. Ryaan watches 2 wardboys entering ICU. First he ignored it. later something struck him. He went inside the ICU. He saw one of them strangling the girl with a pillow.

"hey..." He cried out. One man moved towards him. Ryaan was fighting with him now. Rathod had felt there maybe some problems in hospital so he had sent 2 policemen to hospital.

They reached in the right time. They took hold of the 2 men. The girl was breathing hard. Doctors rushed inside and pushed Ryaan aside. While treating the girl, he got a glimpse of her. The world stood still around him.

The pushed away the doctors and cupped her face. The once bubbly face was... Well lifeless... he felt his life sucking out of him. "Rachna..." A whisper escaped his mouth.
