Dear Kunchu,

This chapter, and especially what had happened to Rachna, made me feel sick inside. Why will young girls not realise that their family wants above all to protect them? Why do they not have any inner compass to tell them when danger approaches?

What happened to her was horrible, but at least it was her own fault, but what about Ryaan? It was no fault of his,, but how is he going to cope with what has befallen his beloved kid sister? He will never recover from it, and will blame himself, without reason, for the rest of his life.

Also, I was glad Rachna was rescued by Rathod, and not by Arjun. I always feel that Rathod is unduly shortchanged in the TV serial, and it is nice to see him up front and centre here for a change.
