Is the character Anupama suffering Savior Syndrome - this may result from low self-esteem and constant need for validation. Individuals with a savior complex often believe that their worth is tied to their ability to help others. For 25 plus years, Vanraj Shah, two kids, and Baa have not treated Anupama well, which results in her low self-esteem. Is that the reason for her to be wanting to help others constantly, often overlooking her own needs and needs of her immediate family like Anuj and Choti? What was driving force for her to drop everything and leave the house on eve of such a big order. She knows when she is away, Adhya can't handle it and more often than not, Toshu is upto some mischief. So, knowing fully well the critical situation at hand, she left abruptly. Why she repeats her mistakes. She could very well have delegated the task of handling situation at hand in Dwarka to either Ansh or even Prem. But she being on premise to handle the food situation, she leaves w/o informing or consulting anyone why she is going. If this was done by the kids including Ishani or even Adhya, which would have been very immature and inexperienced, but acceptable/relatable. But mature business woman, who has already knows the ups and downs leaving like that is unacceptable. Good leader is one who know when to delegate, what to delegate and where to lead from front. I do not have problem with Anupama making mistakes, what irks though is, she repeats the same mistake over and over again and never learns from that mistake. Lastly, she needs to be accountable and reflect on the mistake made and how to grow from that lesson.
