India law never force any mother whether she want to live with her child or not or wife want to live with husband or not

If a wife leave home husband cannot straight divorce file on wife neither he can send her to jail

First step husband should do according to India law to file sec 9

If husband did not file sec 9 then court will belive it is u let wife go thst is why u did not file sec 9

Court generally ask if wife left u then that what u did

It's interesting that the internet revolution has facilitated access to millions. And yet, one side effect is that any Tom, Dick or Harry can now claim to be an expert on a gamut of issues.

Thankfully, most places/forums in the real world (talking about structures not the IF kind of forums), take into account facts and logical scenarios and not incoherent ramblings. #iykyk

Ikr! Getting half baked knowledge from Google/Wiki and claiming to be an expert.

I have no knowledge of laws but know for a fact that Adoption laws are completely different and a lot of paperwork that gets done prior to adoption can later serve as a proof to get you behind the bars.
