I have no knowledge of laws but know for a fact that Adoption laws are completely different and a lot of paperwork that gets done prior to adoption can later serve as a proof to get you behind the bars.

I too have no knowledge of laws on adoption or marriage. But I do know that no sane mother will walk out of the house leaving a child. Even if moms go out for few hours they worry about the child.

There is no law to force a mother to be normal mother, leave alone kind and loving one.

I have thought about that situation a lot, tried to imagine valid reasons when a mother would walk out on her child & husband. I cannot think of any.
