Im loving the discussion on this loan thing.

First and foremost thing this loan fraud couldn't have happened because babuji never mortgage his property. For mortgaging he needs to visit bank n submit original deed n sign on bank's deed register n some other papers in front of bank officials. He never did that so how can his property get mortaged.

And bank disburses loan amount in customer's account. They will either do in saving account of same bank or do RTGS in other bank account of person. But for they need cancelled cheque.

So when anupama's account was never credited there is no liability of hers.

Then regarding payment to anuj. Anupama was shown to be working in his office n dance academy too so she must be getting salary and also she is shareholders of Kapadia empire so she must be getting huge dividends too so obviously she must have repaid the loan.

Basically these shows r just for time pass they don't do so much research. When Bollywood movie can't research on ramayan what can you expect form a daily soap which has to churn 7 episodes per week.

And yes company is anuj’s and even if he gave money from HIS company account then also it is not the scene that anupama took loan from BANK!

Lol case wohi ka wohi hai! It udhari from friend and relatives! Chahe personal account se udhar diya ho ya Meri company ke account se udhar diya jaye!
Bank is nowhere in the picture here. Bank is totally irrelevant when it comes to anupama’s udhari.
