Sahi kaha and now i am ignoring Anupama completely uske scenes hi skip karti hoon jaanti hoon wo kisi laayak nahi bolne se kya fayda chodo usko uske haal pe. There are other smart ladies in this show let's focus on them.😎

One more thing, a loan is given against a collateral. If one cannot re-pay it, the collateral is used to recover the principle amount.

Firstly, a loan is given based on a source of income/savings.

Wonder which of any of these was available in Anupama or Shahs case.

Also, are we assuming Kapadia Empire is the bank here?

I was wondering the same thing. Where did bank and all come in this, Anuj gave her a loan simply because of his relationship with her, there was no collateral nothing given unlike an actual bank loan and he doesn't have some financing company to give out loans in the first place. They don't give loans to anyone else I'm sure, that's not their business. Nowhere has it been mentioned that she is repaying the loan, and it is assumed that he will not ask her back for it for obvious reasons. We can't just assume she's paying back, where is so much revenue coming from in the first place based on what we're seeing in the show about the neglect of the dance academy!

Anupama ne rakhi and Anuj se udhar liya tha! Loan nahi liya tha kisi bank se!
Bahot se udhari karnewale aise hote hai jo paisa kabhi wapas nahi dete hai and yaha toh anupama ne apne then bf and samdhan se udhari kari thi! So woh udhar ke paise return karna zaruri nahi samajti isiliye kabhi announcement nahi kiya ke woh ki se bhi udhar paise liye unko instalment mai wapas karegi or hand to hand wapas de degi.

Udhari ke paise toh hatho-hath bhi dete hai log! Kabhi hatho-hath udhari lautate dikhaya nahi hai, instalment toh dur ki baat hai.
