Vanraj openly expected his wife to stay at home, be a mother and take care of the children and put the family first. He went to the extent of not allowing her to have friends or outside activities so that she could explicitly put her full focus on his family.

When Anuj and Anupama met, before they “fell in love” (Ha! What a joke) anupama was very clear on the fact that she was wanting “Udaan” that the freedom to make her own choices, and do what she wanted and explore her life and live her life to the fullest was a priority…

Anuj just nodded his head in agreement, acting as if he is so in love with her that he fully supports this Udaan. (Was the dude even listening?)

The moment he put a ring on it, he took her to Mumbai and pressured her to have a child despite her saying, she was not wanting to take on this responsibility…. He then resented her for not staying home with the child, and left her for that reason.

So if he wanted her to be a housewife and have children and be at home with the family and not focus on anything other than the family, the house and the child… How can he claimed he has any different from V? she was pretty clear when they were in the friendship stage that there was a lot she wanted to do and then he resented her for not putting her full focus on CA.

Obviously, the two men are not exactly alike as V was far more verbally abusive… But in terms of what they expected out of a wife, they are exactly the same. I do not believe Anuj ever intended to let her have any freedom because he clearly wanted a stay at home mother to only focus at home just like vanraj

anupama is better off single than being with either of these jokers.

What A ridiculous post, anupama was not doing any udaan, she was emotionally cheating with her ex, babying her grown up kids and serving her ex in laws

Anuj had no problems when she spent time in her business, in fact he encouraged her for both his business and dance.

He only had problems when instead of udaan she was spending time with her ex and ex in laws. Anuj didnt have any problem with anupama for leaving CA for business and dance, he only had problems when leaving him and CA to celebrate and dance with ex and his family

Why do anupama fans lie so much? Does it make them feel better to worship the wrong person? In fact anupama is more like vanraj than anuj, leeching off her rich husband and using that money to emotionally cheat and serve her ex in laws with that money

There is a saying in hindi - apni ankhen band karne se duniya surdaas nahi ho jati. Not everyone here has short term memory that you can fool them

Imagine trying to give a sexist and bigoted narrative to every post speaking against your idol.

Pari had gone missing, like, been kidnapped. Also she was a small baby. CA is 7 years old and had willingly gone with her own mother. He could have gone to court or police to fight for her custody like any educated person rather than behave so erratically and leave his wife.

Also, I was talking about obsession in the context of mental health and instability and you tried to give it a cheap turn. Speaks volumes about the mindset.

It is an obsession. Yes what Anuj felt for CA was obsession, the same way he stalked Anu and was obsessed with her for 26 yrs.
CA was a foster kid where it wasn’t guaranteed that they could adopt her legally. Maya had legal rights to take the kid away. He should have accepted that and let the kid go… if he wanted kid so badly, should have adopted before getting married.. If he still wanted a kid after CA, should have tried to talk to Anu about having bio kid via surrogacy or something or adopting another kid who needs a home. When you know you can’t stake a claim on a kid you fostered, you let the kid go gracefully because legally you have no rights on the kid. That’s what a sensible, mature person would do. Clearly Anuj Kapadia is far from it.

I agree they should have killed Anuj. They should have shown Anu handle the business/CA all on her own (without M in picture ever.).. and then take a gen leap. This is way better than what they have made of Anuj.

He’s not that different to Vanraj (just that he didn’t physically cheat on Anu).. that’s it. But he’s a weak and a coward man. Anupama deserves better than Anuj.
