Vanraj and Anuj are the same

Vanraj has always said from the start that is Anuj no different from him or any other man. I have to say I finally agree with big V.

Anuj is like the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

He is just like Vanraj, but pretends to be different

Vanraj openly expected his wife to stay at home, be a mother and take care of the children and put the family first. He went to the extent of not allowing her to have friends or outside activities so that she could explicitly put her full focus on his family.

When Anuj and Anupama met, before they “fell in love” (Ha! What a joke) anupama was very clear on the fact that she was wanting “Udaan” that the freedom to make her own choices, and do what she wanted and explore her life and live her life to the fullest was a priority…

Anuj just nodded his head in agreement, acting as if he is so in love with her that he fully supports this Udaan. (Was the dude even listening?)

The moment he put a ring on it, he took her to Mumbai and pressured her to have a child despite her saying, she was not wanting to take on this responsibility…. He then resented her for not staying home with the child, and left her for that reason.

So if he wanted her to be a housewife and have children and be at home with the family and not focus on anything other than the family, the house and the child… How can he claimed he has any different from V? she was pretty clear when they were in the friendship stage that there was a lot she wanted to do and then he resented her for not putting her full focus on CA.

Obviously, the two men are not exactly alike as V was far more verbally abusive… But in terms of what they expected out of a wife, they are exactly the same. I do not believe Anuj ever intended to let her have any freedom because he clearly wanted a stay at home mother to only focus at home just like vanraj

anupama is better off single than being with either of these jokers.

anupama was not fulfilling her dreams but busy serving Shah, getting royally insulted. I guess it's her dream to get insulted by shah , so anuj created hindrance

Anuj and Vanraj are not same.Vanraj is manipulative and Anuj isn't.Anuj gives respect to woman and Vanraj treats woman like a doormat.The only similarity between them is both of them are good fathers and that is also their weakness.

Kinda true. But I feel like makers did anuj bad by making him obessed with CA if he was smart, then none of this think would happen and probably he could have been living normal life with CA and Anupama

Its coming across as if the moment he got one thing he craved for another.

The moment he got Anupamaa he wanted a child.

He was obsessed with Anu first ( cue the crazy stalking), and then he became obsessed with CA, to the point of leaving the woman he claimed to have loved for 26 years.

They made Anuj unstable and foolish in order to make audience sympathise with Anupama.

Anupama should remain single only wo kisi ke saath rehne laayak nahi hai acha hai both Vanraaj and Anuj free from this lady.😂

In original anuj died n show ended but here show is not ending so makers should have brought better reason for Seperation instead of ruining anuj's character.
