Aadhya had another post leap name change and is Raahi (Choti Anu / Aadhya / Raahi are all the same person). Prem Kothari is her husband. He was Anupamaa's yes-man before today's unexpected and unexplained flip.

Why don't they just get back Vanraj Shah? She needn't keep remembering him everyday. At least as a cameo or guest appearance, they should get him back once.

Maybe show how he changed his name and is staying in Mumbai as a shady film producer. Pumaa runs into him, they rekindle their romance and she resumes her duties as his unpaid maid whilst neglecting whatever work she has and the DanchNanis.

Then she starts persuading him to go back to KachraKunj but he refuses. So she secretly calls the Shameless Shahs there and they have an emotional reunion with him (the horrid hags get a booster dose for their life because of this meetup and will now live for 100 more years).
