Basically its a daily soap n they need all characters for showing drama n running episodes. That's why character's actions doesn't make sense.

Ppl don't leave high profile job for their mother's drama like vanraj did especially when they r unemployed for so much time.Its a show that's why suddenly vanraj with so many years of experience is unable to get a job n anupama who was a housewife suddenly started running business successfully.

7. Kinjal being so rich n educated still doing seva of cheater husband like a fool.

8. Kavya who was a corporate woman suddenly got modelling as her passion n she definitely can't be so young like the modeling offer she is getting. Vanraj must be 50+ so she must be 40+.

9. Babuji acting to be supporting anupama but makes her a maid n tortures her with making her stay in store room n do seva of everyone n acts like he is such a noble person.

10. Anuj n vanraj going to valley for resolving their issues. How stupid anyone can fall .

Ppl start comparing a daily soap tv bahu with real life woman n that's why anupama is hated. But if she starts behaving practically show would become boring for indian audience.

How can we forget the most unrealistic , the unicorn - ANUJ KAPADIA ...

No real life business tycoon behaves like him.

Realistically what you said it true but as a serial you have to actually show that to your audience.... You need nuance and intelligence to show that... Here there is nothing deep happening..... Its all surface level superwoman FL of itv...

Yes ... If she genuinely tried but failed , i would have still rooted for her. But as I'm continuously saying she does not even acknowledge the thought that Shahs are vile people who dint deserve any attention from her.

I'm curious about this though, since I have watched very few ITV serials. Do the other ones claim to be socially progressive and women empowerment-based? That's the part that gets me and I think many people here.

We here at the forum think that Anupama is a laughing stock. But another thought often comes ki she is a long time abuse victim and her actions are still justified. It's not easy to move on. She was lonely miserable . Her own family couldn't support her .

Dude 26 years of abuse is not a justification for everything. Period

She is a kind of person who doesn't want to put band aid on her wound even when you provide her with a first aid box coz then she won't be able to play the victim card😆 and on top of that when her wound starts healing naturally she makes sure to go back to her abusers so that they can hurt her again 😎

For example,i won't expect action movies to follow all laws of physics..hero hawa me ud kar ek sath das gundo ko mare mujhe koi dikkat nahi hai as it's fiction , but if the same movie claims to be teaching right physics to this generation and shows a man flying in the air then i will have a problem as it's giving a wrong message out there🤣

Jaise ham logo ke liye credit card , debit card , ATM card important hote hain waise hi devi g ke liye victim card sabse important hai.

Actively seeking opportunities to talk and spend time with meeshtar shah? Check. Performing the role of sanskaar enforcer to perfection? Four times check!!

If anyone here has read Testaments, which is the sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale, her overall conduct is eerily reminiscent of Aunt Estee who indoctrinated young girls into being frightened, headless and voiceless cows by coating all the horrible lessons with a sickening cheerfulness so she would never come off as the bad guy🤢 she had a knack for making servitude sound pretty/cute and was a favourite among the girls she helped traumatise and brainwash, much like our suti sari mein bhagwaan 😃

In parineeti show husband got married to two best friends n no one cares to jail him, first one sacrifices for best friend but at times romances husband too

Imlie got cheated by her husband n sister so she makes husband best friend

Faltu's husband marries her one day n next day another girl .

Virat goes to pakhi when he was married to sai n when he is married to pakhi he goes to sai.

In udadiya one sister run away so another sister has to marry. After sleeping with wife husband realises he still loves run away sister so does EMA. After wife leaves he realises he loves his wife.

I don't watch these stupid shows my family does so i sometimes get to see few clips..

Daily soaps target audience is not real life practical modern woman. Its old MILs n middle aged DILs who contribute mostly to Trps n such kitchen politics content is churned for them.

None of these shows claim to be inspirational and about women empowerment. The exact problem about Anupama is that the actors especially the lead actress still claims it to be a worth watch for every woman. 🤪
