I understand, I am not really questioning why Maya left CA, she must have had a genuine reason to do so.

But the point here is of thinking from child and her foster parents point of view.

I agree,that Anu has not been a good mother,but Anuj has become very attached to her.

Just imagine,if a child has been in the orphanage for so many years, and finally someone comes along to take care of child, give them a good life,good education and love in the form of foster parents, and the become a family, connection and love builds.

Now all of a sudden, a biological parents pops out of nowhere...then what will the child and foster parents mind go through.

And it's not only about adopting any kid, Anuj felt an instant connection with Anu when they had visited the orphanage,that's why he brought her into his home, and loves her like his own daughter.

So,he will obviously behave the way he is behaving right now,because for him, emotionally CA is his daughter, even if not biologically, so no parent can deal with their kid being taken away from them.

And some relations are bigger and better than blood also,not just saying in the case of Maya, because I know DPK will spoil the story here as well, but in general also.

Only from legal point of view I would like to reply. Just for awareness. Nothing about the current drama in the show.

There was a case in TN some years back where the biological mother claimed that she didn't know her baby was alive and claimed her relatives faked death of the child and gave the kid for adoption. So after around 4 years she came to a TV show and spoke out and somehow found the child and went to claim the child from the adopted parents. The adopted parents were initially forced to give up the kid to the state as their documents were not clear. Then after a long legal battle the custody was given to the adoptive parents with visitation rights to biological mom as the middleman was found to be at fault and the biological mom did not have a secure financial background to take care of the child. So what really happened was the parents who adopted went to some person and paid heavy amount for the child and the person also gave some forged documents claiming that they have adopted the child. They did not know that the man was a fraud and the child was stolen. They thought they were getting the child and legally the child was theirs. Since the biological mother finally agreed to give the child for the betterment of the kids future, the kid ended with the parents who adopted. I don't know if there were any underhand deals involved here or she was coerced or something. But the entire affair was very sad.

This news was something very big in our state and gained a lot of public attention. Then news channels ran awareness on scams surrounding adoption. The reason why government has CARA is mainly to prevent such scams and mental and physical trauma for the parents and the vulnerable kids. The laws are very stringent with regards to adoption.

What Anupama and Anuj did was not adoption. They did not register themselves in CARA neither were they married for 2 years to be able to adopt. They went to an orphanage and picked up a kid and said they were fostering for adoption. This is not possible at all unless they took the illegal route of buying the kid. The paperwork as they said does not happen just like that. And no orphanage can give a child just like that to some parents.

You can visit the official CARA website for details with regards to adoption. If anyone is planning to adopt please do check the rules, visit a lawyer and get everything double checked to prevent being part of any scams.

Point is with whom CA is more attached. In normal scenario, CA should be more attached to anuj. There are chances that separation from anuj can cause emotional turbulence in her life or can disturb her for whole life

here, she wants maaya too. How can a kid become so close to anyone in just 2 days. I feel, biological term is beyond a child of this age group. But CA is exceptional.

In most cases, kids don't want to leave the person with which he/she has been living.

On this context, I want to share story of my close friend. She decided to leave her husband..inlaws did not let her take 1 yr son thinking that she would come herself for her child. Now, case is in court,. It has been more than 5 yrs.

Now, my friend says that kya karoo fight karke, ab mera beta mujhe theek se jaanta hi nahi, wohi nahi aana chahta. What can be more important than the well being and happiness of my child.

The girl I am talking about is intelligent, have govt job, standard of living is much better than inlaws. it's for sure can give better life than her husband.

Also when Maya said she kept an eye on choti any all the time so when they tried to adopt her why she didn't react back then

Nope they ain't legally eligible to adopt/foster and in my honest opinion, they ain't practically eligible either considering the neglect the child endured immediately after being brought from orphanage.

Oh also if we go through CARA, even if it takes time, atleast the government does make sure the kid is also truly eligible for adoption. Not like someone comes and says I just gave the child to someone to take care and now I am back to claim the child again. The background check is done for child as well to check for any living relatives who want to claim the child is there before putting up the child for adoption. Honestly that's why there are some kids in orphanage who aren't up for adoption at all. The government will not let such kids with family to be adopted by anyone to prevent any further trauma to the kid.

When such rich, influential and educated people adopt, I guess they do it through multiple lawyers carefully cross checking and closing all loopholes to prevent any scandals or false usurping of their money. They dont place a bet of 15 days with a stranger and keep a child as collateral. Such mind numbing events can happen only with the one and only highly talented multi millionaire Anuj Kapadia and his Anupama verse. Hence proved Anuj Kapadia is a fraud. He was loafing around the streets of Ahemdabad, got a new coat and suit and came in front of poor Anupamaaaaa and pretended to give her a job. Reason why Anupama's business idea never materialized.

i do not know how many families are okay with adoption. Ppl prefer their own blood or relatives kid than adopting orphan. Atleast in my town hardly i know only family who has adopted kid that too they adopted within the family.

Considering CA was in mumbai may be yes she should have been adopted but there could be many reason why she was not adopted.

1. Ppl usually prefer male child. I still see ppl preferring male child.

2. Some parents do not adopt small infants as its risky if both are working.

3. CA was bit bold and brave. Like in first epi she gave it back to that guy who was demeaning her. Its possible that ppl never liked her for this attitude as most of parents prefer girls who are calm and being a adopted parents they may feel this girl has tantrums.

There could be multiple reasons which i can think of but tbh god knows why she was not adopted and why maya came now 😆

I am planning adoption simply because i don't intend to get married yet I want a family of my own. Yes people prefer their own blood simply because adoption is very difficult or rather made difficult here in India. And I don't blame the authorities because not everyone adopts for altruistic reasons or because they want children given there is a possibility of the child getting trafficked, ill treated etc. The authorities can't monitor such families all the time.

Maaya apparently met with an accident the day she was going to collect CA and was in a coma so she came to know about the fostering arrangement later. Maybe she was presumed to have died that's why they allowed CA to be put up for fostering to a couple planning adoption.

Infants cannot be adopted or put up for adoption, they remain under the institution's care till they are 1 or 2 years old.

Let's say CA was not getting adopted because she is a girl child then she would have been sent to a foster home right away till she could either reunite with her mother or get adopted by another family provided her mother agrees to it.

CA got her traits from her mother, I.e. the no filter policy and blunt yet straightforward personality.
