Can you explain what is meant by this? Mujhe usually samajh aa jaata ha but iss baar nhi aaya🥲 maybe my brain is so exhausted with exams...

If you have followed my prev posts, I have written about his new look and how she expresses her desire over his clean shaven/stubble look. So, she runs her hands over his cheeks wondering when he'll get back the stubb, and he confirms stating it will grow back by their wedding.

Honestly, having to explain spoils the essence of the scene. But the fact you did not follow gives me a feedback on the lack of clarity in my writing.
