Couple of times, they have shown him that way after he dreams of something.. You can see this after his first dream, where Anu is eating imli, cleans his glasses and he holds her pallu....

another one, where is he sees a family pic (pakhi, Vanraj and Anu) posted by Pakhi in SM. he is shown normal when he sees the pic but then he dreams that Anu is walking out of their partnership and he begs her to not leave him..

This shows how much he bottles up his pains and feelings inside… it’s all going to come out tomorrow I hope!! I’ll check the scenes you mentioned tomorrow… it’s a good night for me :)

Thank you for the constant reviews Sunny, I don't know how you do it everyday! These episodes keep me extremely anxious. Good thing I refrained from watching it up till now but now I'm more confused lol.

Malvika is written as a complex character. As everyone already mentioned she seemed deeply uncomfortable in the car - probably their parents accident because I think both passed away together only. It seems she is still traumatized and the comments from the genius shah fam are for us to help us think in a certain direction. About running away from the pain etc. Also I found the mention of her weight also odd - initially I thought they were implying an eating disorder (something which is not very talked about in India as such so would be very interesting for itv) and then the car flashes made it seem like PTSD. let's see what they decide to show.

Also her excitement upon seeing shah fam made me realise she did seem kinda fake but I thought I'd let it pass. The sareewali comment was kind of unnecessary and uncalled for which pissed me off. I understand why she'd call Anu baharwaali but it was just very off putting to see her call Anu sareewali (I don't know why makers seem to insist on showing 'modern young working' women to be insulting sarees for no reason. I love sarees tbh and nobody ik holds any sort of perception against sarees but I'm getting off track lol)

Coming to the MaAn scene, I'm so proud of Gaurav today he did it so well, and his voice, expression evryhting was perfect!! Same with Rups, she was great in the scene. These two make any type of track worth it ❤

Let's see when the precap airs now, it mentioned this week so we might see it on Wednesday/Thursday but seems like all of this will go down in the same night only.

Sorry guys but tbh today I liked vanraj better than anuj. The entire epi was anuj just dancing to his little sis's tune and easily ignoring anupama. And what was with anu that she spent the entire party spanning three episodes just standing around looking stricken? And carrying her heart on her sleeve? Kuch toh apne emotions dissemble karleti... Vanraj was more empathetic and supportive of anu at this moment.. What I don't understand about anuj is, seeing that he is one who's been so desperately in love with anu for 26 years and that too without hope and now, finally when he can see that anu is coming slowly towards him, to go and treat her like this. Just when he sees that anu was hurting because of him which ought to have made him aware of what she felt for him, mukku comes to drag him away. How can he leave her and go at such a crucial moment? Couldn't he put his foot down and tell her to scram and told anu please wait, I will come and explain everything to you? Showed her that courtesy? Then again mukku being a brat and not recognizing that her bro must needs time to say his goodbyes separately from her. Aur phir se dragging him away. Woh accha hua ke anu saamne dikh gayi, lekin phir bi anuj theek se khade hoke gooodbye kehne ki bajaye running after his sister. I found anuj not being what can be expected from a mature man who ought to know better than to hurt his life long love through such belittling behaviour.

But there was that redeeming few moments at the end when he just seems to have walked out of his flat and come running to anu. Anuj ka get-up dekh ke hi dil pighal gaya tha, but yaar kyun sawaal puchne shuru ho gaye instead of understanding anu's pain? Khair kal dekhte hain.. Hopefully achhe se clear up ho jaye.. Hopefully anuj should have some good moves tomorrow that would make up for his irritating ones today.

Thanks a lot for the kind words dear🤗 you guys keep me going! I think makers gave her the line of sariwali to establish her extreme personalities. If you noticed she was eating mirchi with bread and jam. That was symbolism. She doesnt fit the bill of what we consider 'normal'. Question is will this brazen attitude of hers bcome an issue for MaAn? I certainly think so..she will deal with her own short comings along with being possessive of her bada bhai and we still havent seen her in her professional avatar yet

Am intrigued to know she and Vanraj will work together considering both are volatile personalities.

Coming to MaAn, there is a saying- any publicity is good publicity....similarly any kind of catalysts are good for MaAn coz seperation and MU between them is impossible. This was quite clear with today's episode when Anuj chose to drop by her place instead of letting it be. This shows anuj will never let anything come between them and now with Anu knowing his deepest wounds and regrets...hell no she will not leave his side!!

So whether its shahs or malvika or entire ahmedabad plotting against them, MaAn will only come closer to each other coz their biggest shipper is Kanhaji himself😇 and they are fiercely protected by him..

Today I got bit emotional, may be becoz of the song played in precap and the scenario.

Anyways highlight for me is Anuj actually trying to balance himself in between the two ladies of his life. Its so obvious you cannot ignore your family but at the very next moment or at the same moment he is all for Anupama too. He knows about her at the same time. Well done makers for not butchering his character as of now.

As we all discussed Anu actually looking for her worth in her friend's life the same she gave to him. And above all this person claims to love her or rather worship her is not considering her worthy one to share his sorrows, his grieves. This actually hurt her. Very well portrayed and how vocal she is.

I love love the scene Anuj is trying to assure her worth in his life, how much she is so integrated in him by holding her hand without any hesitation. Very well thoughtful.

Malvika is actually wicked and arrogant or we can say 'Anuj guilt trip' as kaka said make him spoil her. I found her calling sweet a sarcasm, so was GK in the jam and chilly. And she is actually seems chilly hidden between jam.🤷‍♀️

Malvika is definetely suffering some mental health issues which i feel will be resolved by anu and anuj. She is not seem to be a long run hindrance for me. Somethings she will understand by time and situations i guess.

I think she already dislike Anu way before meeting her coz of unbreakable, every now and then increasing wala love of Anuj in past years. You noticed when they both were eating something and Anuj mention Anu make it best she had different expression and he for her said this is best.

She actually has that anxiety effect during car bit disturbed, like suffocated. She seemed scared during that time, there must b some car accident i past may be with their parents and Anuj would be involved I guess. He was so much of sorry.

A lot of loops left open today which take the story forward. One is again I found a sarcastic one on sleeping benches.

So Anuj character has a lot of layers. Alot had happened in his past. Malvika is actually using his guilt and kindness in her favour. She is bossing around coz Anuj let her be. In future we people again start with our rant why he is bearing this shit and all like we did with Anu. But Anu and Anuj both are same in terms of family and forgiveness.

Last bit of the episode is a much needed space both deserves. For me they are an 'unannounced couple' but couple where later confession will be a formality in future. For me It is a MaAn track.
