I think if they later on introduce the illness track it think it would be wrong cause if the actor playing Rohit is busy and has commitments. Gaurav doesn't so it would be unfair to his character here.

Don't know Sreemoyee but RS has said in his iv when this show was announce tht this show is also inspired by Marathi serial aai kuthe kay karte I don't know how tht show has shape up ?? But let see this show take which route
