Kavya never came across as intelligent to me. She is a ticking time bomb which can go off in any moment. Professionally, she is one of those who would compromise for going ahead careerwise.

Few thoughts running on my mind :

1. Don't they have to finish building the restaurant first before they discuss marketing strategies. I am not sure if they have even decided the menu or even selected the women from the cooking competition that was held if I am not mistaken.

2. Anuj is a millionaire, I am sure he has multiple projects, why can't kavya work on one of them. Why put anupamaa and kavya on the same project when it is well established they have a tensed relationship. Any project requires a cohesive team where there is understanding between the team members in order for it to be productive.

Everyone compromise but until you find your footing you need to be conscious. She should have not said what she said. She is still thinking she is better than Anupama but keeps on proving otherwise. Anupama handle double than Kavya any day. She manages the home, dance academy, school, project with anuj. I don't think Kavya manages half of it

By compromise, I meant, people like Kavya who are not good at anything at work but "compromise" to get ahead in life. Without Vanraj, Kavya couldn't last one month in the workplace. She is just inefficient. On top of that she thinks Anupamaa is not worthy of that position. Anupamaa may not be an MBA grad, but she is way better than Kavya at managing things which she has never done before with proper guidance.
