Offline aur online marketing dono method use karne mein kya problem hai v jaise online ke fayda hai . Usi tarah offline use karne mein bhi fayda hai

Jo log smart phone use karte hain woh smart phone mein ad dekh lenge aur jo log newspaper bhi dekhte hai woh log news paper bhi advertisement ya magazine mein advertisement dekh lenge

Aur yahi anuj ne kaha kavya se ki tum apne plan mein anupama ka plan bhi adhik karo. Dont know isme problem kya hai.

Agar kavya right hai to anupama aur anuj ne bhi aisa khuch galat idea nahin diya hai ki dono method use kar lo

No matter what you don't have right to put your personal problems in a professional place her colleagues were asking her to calm down and think she had better way of putting it but she went vulgar showing she is unprofessional and doesn't know to do anything properly. She shouldn't have talked about the boss that way behind back. It's the first unwritten but well understood rule by everyone which is said to be ethics and even a small kid understands that and Kavya is MBA grad.

They are building a 5-star restaurant that has a homely feel right? Their target audience is going to be rich. My point is Anupamaa has no broad vision for running a huge business. Her business model is run on the basis of sentiment. While her ideas maybe good, her reasoning behind it has limited vision.

How Kavya behaved was rubbish. It is obvious her job won't be retained after the way she behaved

I am working in a Bank. Just last week we distributed many pamphlets through newspapers. We even put our Bank's banners on the back of rickshaws. Our Head Office handles both the online promotion and offline promotion. But at Branch level, we mainly do the offline promotions. Many big housing companies are also doing promotions through hoardings and pamphlets.

Online promotions are maybe cost effective, but Offline promotions are still very much used.

Bro, unless you work for the Bank Of America or HDFC's corp end, it's not a comparison with a 5-star restuarant targeted at people deprived of family🤡

Anyway, Kavya had said to focus more on online. Not entirely ignore offline. But Anupamaa madam jo idea dein, vo toh genius insight hi maana jayega 😆

Kavya was more pissed about taking orders from Anupamaa despite knowing that she would be the boss. Also, more than that Kavya KNOWS that the tactics she used in previous organisation for luring bosses and getting easy promotion and do the bossing around won't work here.
