I would want her to fall ill when anu leaves the house and her new bahu will not even see her forget about taking care. I want her to be delusional beacuse of fever and in that state she will remember all her atyachar on anu. she will repent, cry, tadapti rahe anu se maafi mangne ke liye lekin end mein bhi anu ko dekh na paye....so basically i want her to tadap tadap ke, keede pad ke mare😈

i know kuch jyada hi gruesome ho gaya but i hate ladies like that baa.

Leela has indigestion. She gets admitted to a hospital. A new intern dying to impress his seniors, recommends many tests for her. As the test results arrive, they get replaced by some other patient's results.

The doctor regretfully informs The ghosla vasis that she is suffering from an incurable disease. Everyone is crying. Anupamaa is inconsolable. She chases the doctor and grabs his legs and he falls down on the floor. She asks the doctor to tell her how she can help her Baa whom she loves more than her self-respect. He gets up and decides to take revenge on this woman who made him fall down in front of all, the first chance that he gets.

He calls her to his cabin and tells her that if she really wants to serve her Baa, she needs to kill her herself. Anupamaa is aghast at the prospect while her heart pounds with unspeakable joy at the prospect of having her palms around Leela's throat and her stifled moans. She comes out of her reverie with the doctor's voice. He tells her to make up her mind as soon as possible because if she doesn't do it, her Baa will still die, but an extremely painful death. Only Anupamaa can save her from this by giving her a less painful death.

While everybody is faking being upset very skillfully, Anupamaa is unable to contain the joy in her heart as she dances around in the hospital. Her ghosla vasis sympathise with her for the 'trauma' she's feeling and decide to leave Anupamaa with Leela while everyone heads out for home but disperse on the way to celebrate separately.

Anupamaa goes to Leela and wakes her up.

"I want to reduce, soory, eliminate your pain."

Leela gives her usual annoyed expression.

Anupamaa starts with Leela's legs.

Leela feels relief and closes her eyes in satisfaction.

Before Leela can say anything, Anupamaa touches her throat and closes her eyes in satisfaction.

Leela opens her eyes to understand what's going on but soon her eyes are bulging out as Anupamaa increases the force.

"I'm doing this for your bhalaai, Baa," says Anupamaa while Leela is unable to utter a single word.

"It was my mistake..." The intern comes running inside and is shocked to see Anupamaa strangling Leela.

Leela looks hopefully towards him but he runs away to Maldives forever in shock.

Anupamaa strangles her and Leela breaths her last.

Anupamaa touches her feet with respect and her eyes fill with tears of joy as she could serve her Baa so diligently till her last breath.

On the other hand, the patient whose file was replaced by Leela's file by mistake recovers miraculously without ever finding out of the mishap😳
