Babuji talks to Vanraj attempting to drive some sense into his head about supporting own wife .

Anupama is planning with Samar n Nandini how to repay Rakhi at the earliest . She thinks of more dance batches, private dance classes , wedding functions etc .

Baa gets emotional about her house being given away to Naagin, and shares her woes with Babuji .

Anuj Kapadia sends a notice to Babuji offering 5 crores for buying the factory , he wants to demolish the entire structure n build a five star hotel n school there .
Van is very interested in selling the factory to Anuj Kapadia, the entire family agrees with Van, Babuji is attached tk the factory which was khandaani property . But this was the need of the hour . Kavya is super excited . Van assures he will check everything n none can cheat him like they did to Anu .

Vanya are super excited about their loans disappearing. Kavya plans her own startup , a new car, her new make up sets etc .
Nandini is perturbed because if phone calls from a certain guy. Samar tries to help her but she refuses to share , samar is worried for his mom n Nandu , he prays for the happiness for both these ladies .

Babuji gets emotional with Baa about khandaani property n selling it away for the sake of his children , Babuji and baa share their woes.

Anupama shares her pain with Samar as she feels the pain that Babuji mush be feeling at the prospect of selling off his factory , and when she had to mortgage portion of Shah house .
