Shakthi - warning negative post

I have lost interest in the show after they made Malar pine for Shakthi.
While I have always been fond of Revathy I haven't liked Shakthi the same way. He forced someone to marry him without consequence and then he is like a kid who has to be told what to do and what not to do. First he listened to everything his dad said, then after the marriage he did what Revathy said and expected her to decide what to do and how to do it (the whole election thing - is it really something he wants - is he really a people's person??) and he is going to be a puppet for Malar.
While we have seen a certain growth in other characters like Aandal, Revathy and Azhagar, the dads shakthi remains the same.
Murugesan trapped malar and shakthi and the only solution shakthi has an elected official is to go at him with a knife ?

You echo my thoughts. When i read through the updates for last 2 weeks i realize what kind of character sakthi is. True enough from herein his going to be puppet for malar now.
