Jeet's father mentions about Rano's condition being neurological disorder. There is some one who is looking at the situation ffom another angle. Many similar occurrences are blamed by doctors on schizophrenia or mental disorder where a person can't tell the difference between what is real and not real
Yet on the other hand there are some doctors(according to many possession movies that I have seen)., who are aware of paranormal activities and possessions and suggest the family to seek outside help, other than medical.
