I have to agree with u there...I can bet tht she wud've forced everyone to grab their tissue boxes...but having said tht she was still by far the best today

Actually after reading the TB article, even I was expecting Anu to sing 'Aye mere watan ke logon'... 😳 The other song, that I thought she would attempt would be 'Aye mere pyaare watan'...

i am very glad that anwesha sang 'zindagi maut na ban jaye' ... a very tough song only she cud've done justice to 👏 👏 👏
and 'ey mere watan ke logon' has been done to death so many times in all these singing shows / republic day shows/ independance day shows that no one singing it can bring tears to my eyes anymore and i wish even aishwarya sang something else

Well, I'll admit that I was hoping Anwesha would sing it before I watched the episode. But she was just fabulous with Zindagi maut despite the lapse in the middle so I am happy with the song selection. Another note is that most reality show contestants who sing aye mere waton ke logon usually do not get such good comments from the judges. This is trend I've noticed in the last few music reality shows. 😕
