Aakash is hospitalized and Ananya stands worried at Hospital. Rohit is informed of Aakash's health and he asks for arrangements to be made for his travel to Goa. The DIB people suspecting Aakash's life in danger too fly down to Goa. Aakash lies to the investigating officer about the attack .Listening this, Ananya confronts him as to he was mumbling that he was attacked then why is he refusing. Her doubts are put to rest by DIB man posing as doctor. On the other side an old man is out there in search of Aakash in hospital to kill him. While looking for Aakash he kills the medical superintendent and another patient named Aakash admitted in same hospital . Finally he is able to locate Aakash Saluja and injects him with some poisonous medicine .By the time DIB realize , the old man takes Natasha hostage and slips away from hospital but not before injuring Natasha badly. Meanwhile Ananya's sister Shefali qualifies for Music college but the deadline to submit fees becomes a problem as Ananya is required to deposit fees in 3 hours' time. The fees amount is way beyond her reach. Ananya does manage the amount and submits fees but when she reaches home she finds Shefali trying to commit suicide. So on one side Aakash life is again put in danger and on another side Shefali's act disturbs Ananya.
