Secured in his Arms
This was it. She was terrified; her rapidly beating heart was clenched in fear. She didn't know what to do. Was she ready to give up on her life yet? She was ready to give up on what she worked on so hard for? Was she ready to leave him yet? These thoughts were haunting her in the moment, yet she knew she would not stoop so low to risk the lives of the other poor hostages who were a while back in a more horrible condition if she remembered correctly. She was proud of the decision she took but she knew that he wouldn't like it one bit. But what can she do? It was in her nature to help others than to look after herself. Not that she was not independent, but when anyone would see through her tough facade, they would realize that she was just a vulnerable and an innocent soul who wouldn't hesitate to do anything to see a smile on a person's face.
"Listen up, girl. Don't go all sentimental and emotional. I have to do this." The terrorist spoke as she had surrendered herself for the cost of the other naive passengers.
She closed her eyes and knew that she could currently not be selfish right now. Maybe it was all for the good. Yet, she just wanted to see him before anything happened to her. To assure him that he had to look after himself and not feel guilty about that later if she was gone. She whispered his name to herself Akash' as a lone, stray tear fell down her cheek without her realizing it. She quickly wiped it off and forcefully brought her thoughts to a halt.
She was about to say something, when her eyes drifted to a certain someone running towards her direction. As she squinted her eyes to see who it was, the certain someone appeared in front of her and the terrorist while she could not comprehend when the terrorist had grabbed her violently and put her on gunpoint.
She shivered slightly, when she heard Akash warn the terrorist to leave her.
"If you lay a single scratch on her, I will make sure that you will not see the daylights again" He had an inhuman voice which was in between a growl and a hiss. His eyes were completely red and with rage when he saw Ananya, no, his Ananya dropped to the ground by that bas***d, and for a moment his heart stopped. Was she okay?
He put all his anger and anxiety as he lunged forward to grab the terrorist and beat the hell out of that guy. How dare he do that to her? He continued to punch him, kick him or anything else he could do just so that the terrorist realizes that if he hurt her, that he wouldn't be alive anymore. The terrorist let out a scream before Ananya shouted out his name.
Ananya.
Was she alright? God, why does she have to do this to herself? Does she have any idea that if she gets hurt, he will feel more emotionally hurt to see her like that?
He cut out those thoughts as he turned around and hugged the dear life out of her.
He squeezed her like a rag doll and violently held onto her for his dear life. His life depended on her.
She didn't mind though as she was gladly embraced by him. She felt complete. She felt all the sadness around her disappear as they both held on to themselves for anything to assure their scared, frightened hearts.
Both were a hot mess, as they had tears streaming down they faces but at the same time had that genuine smiles which showed their relief to know that the other person was safe and secured with them.
She welcomed the warm embrace he gave her while it poured out all the emotions he held for her in that minute. The love, care, warmth, respect and every other good feeling she wanted in that exact moment.
He provided her the protection, the warmth, the care, the love which was clearly needed for her. He was desperate to know that she was safe in his embrace.
She knew and happily thought that yes, she was secured in his arms.

Heya guys! Hope you liked that little OS made. Arghhh!!! The hug between them made me feel so happy in the previous episode.
