As far as I know, you always need a Visa to visit any of the countries (Minus Canada).

I don't have much experience in dating and thus don't really have any valuable advice on that, but just be yourself.

Wear make up if that's what you normally do, don't wear make up if you don't feel like. Essentially he should like you as you are.

So just be who you are and do what your heart says.

UPDATE: I didn't get a chance to meet him in Scotland unfortunately due to the high airfare price but I really do appreciate those who took their time in giving me their advice and suggestions. I will be visiting him for Valentine's Day.
