I think the girl in the hospital is raghav's girl friend

by the way she was saying Raghav and Harsh

but harsh was not so clear when she was screaming

I don't want to see her with harsh

coz I love the hero when he is single

Apart from that Harsh is not for love stories or chemistry

he is for something else here...
