YRKKH: Argument ensues between Abhimanyu and Akshara as she expresses concern about Abhir staying with him

The episode begins with Abhinav in tears, consumed by thoughts of Abhir. Akshu consoles him, reminding him that a piece of paper cannot define their relationship. True bonds are formed by the wounds carried within the heart, and they both deeply feel the pain of separation. She reassures him that he is Abhir's father, not just biologically but in every sense. Abhinav expresses his concern about lacking a blood relation and feels that simply providing his name and upbringing is insufficient, as evidenced by the fact that their son is not with them. Overwhelmed, he believes he has no right over Abhir anymore. Akshu vehemently disagrees, embracing him tightly and revealing that Abhir has come to know the truth about his biological father but still wants to stay with them. 

She emphasizes that their battle is not over yet. In his state of uncertainty, Abhinav questions what he should do, as his faith is shaken. Understanding his emotions, Akshu empathizes and acknowledges that anyone in his position would feel the same way. She encourages him to wipe away their tears and focus on Abhir's upcoming interview, urging him to do his best so that Abhir can secure admission. As Abhinav leaves, Akshu stops him and declares that she won't go alone; he must accompany her to the school to let them know that he is also Abhir's father. She draws strength from their relationship and insists that his presence is necessary.

Meanwhile, Ruhi and Abhir engage in a conversation, and Aarohi joins them, seeking someone to play a board game with her. Ruhi offers to play, while Abhir admits his unfamiliarity with the game. They proceed to teach Abhir how to play. Manjiri arrives, but declines to participate, stating that it wouldn't be appropriate for elders to engage in childlike activities. Observing the pain endured by Akshu and Abhinav after losing Neil, Aarohi realizes that she can't ignore their suffering. 

Akshu expresses her concern that Abhir must be anxious, living in a new house with a new family and starting at a new school, without any established support system. She worries that a single mistake on her part could lead to significant problems. Abhinav reassures her, proclaiming her as the world's best mother. Akshu apologizes for being unable to summon a fake smile, and Abhinav explains that they must improve their financial situation to prevent another loss. 

They both agree that they need to work hard to earn money and prove in court that they can meet their son's needs. Hugging each other, they vow to take the test and earn money to bring Abhir back home, hoping for a successful day ahead. Abhi and Abhir arrive at the school, leaving Akshu and Abhinav thrilled and eagerly awaiting Abhir's arrival. Abhinav asks if he looks good, and Akshu affirms his smart appearance while seeking reassurance for her own appearance. They exchange smiles, and Akshu mentions that she has brought jam and chocolates for Abhir. Abhinav reveals he has laser lights for him and expresses concern about being present at the school along with Abhi. 

Akshu assures him that there won't be any issues since he is Abhir's father. As they sense Abhir's presence, they turn to see him and tears of joy stream down their faces. Abhi advises Abhir that if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he should simply say, "I don't know." Abhir requests Abhinav to loosen his tie, which causes Abhinav to cry as memories of Abhir flood his mind. Abhir notices their emotional state, waves at them, and remembers their words, which saddens him. Abhi notices their interaction and smiles. They inquire about Abhir's well-being and ask about his new room and how well he slept. Akshu refrains from hugging him, fearing that he might lose his courage. Abhir confirms that he is fine, and a peon interrupts, informing them that the principal has called them. Abhi acknowledges and instructs Abhir to stay with Abhinav before he and Akshu leave. Akshu notices that Abhir is upset with Abhinav and thinks to herself that Abhinav will always be Abhir's father.

In the principal's office, they are asked why they want to change Abhir's school. Abhi explains that Akshu used to live in Kasauli, implying that Mrs. Birla worked there. Akshu corrects the assumption, stating that she is now Mrs. Abhinav, having divorced Abhi six years ago and married Abhinav, who has been instrumental in raising Abhir. Although the court granted custody to Abhi, they were allowed visitation rights on weekends.

Precap: Akshu pleads with Abhi not to keep Abhir away from them. Abhi questions her, asking if he had gone to court, and an argument ensues. Akshu expresses her fear for her son, having witnessed Abhi's world.
