Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan stands at Abhira's door after 7 years, but she shuts him out without a word

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira tells Anshuman that he is unnecessarily overthinking things, but he insists that he's just a straightforward guy and not making anything complicated. This leaves Abhira puzzled.

Anshuman then probes further, asking her if she hasn't grown weary of holding onto the same emotions for the past seven years. Abhira chooses not to respond and remains emotionally guarded. He questions why she's still haunted by an old mistake and then reveals that he's leaving for London. He urges her to take care of herself, leaving Abhira lost in thought about their conversation.

Meanwhile, Kaveri informs Abhira that Vidya accidentally used expired eye drops. The doctor advises that Vidya might need eye surgery, but she stubbornly refuses to wear glasses or consider the operation. The doctor adds that the surgery will cost ?25 lakhs. However, Vidya shocks everyone by stating that she won't undergo the procedure unless she sees Armaan once before the operation. Abhira and Kaveri are left stunned by her emotional plea.

Elsewhere, Armaan questions Maira if she's certain no one else was at the house. She confirms that only Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya were present. Armaan finds it odd since everyone was in high spirits during Krish's engagement, but now something feels off.

Maira then asks him about his engagement ring. Although Armaan brushes it off and says he'll look for it later, she urges him to find it now, worried that Geetanjali might feel hurt. Armaan manages to locate the ring, and Maira reminds him that it's important to keep Geetanjali happy.

Meanwhile, Abhira and Kaveri somehow manage to arrange the funds for Vidya's operation. But Vidya remains resolute and refuses to go through with the surgery unless Armaan comes to see her. She even says she'd rather lose her vision than miss seeing him once more.

Back in the Poddar house, Armaan makes a phone call. Tanya answers, and he notices something strange—Sanjay's tone on the call is unusually courteous. Armaan is left confused about who answered the phone and why Sanjay sounded so different.

Manoj and Manisha grow increasingly concerned for Vidya. Sanjay also steps forward, offering to help. Abhira tells everyone that Vidya is adamant about not having the surgery unless Armaan agrees to meet her. Manisha pleads with Abhira to convince him. Manoj and Manisha express their desire to visit Vidya, but Krish stops them, pointing out how late it is. His response shocks everyone.

Eventually, Abhira calls Armaan and tells him everything about Vidya's condition and her emotional demand. Armaan is taken aback and makes the decision to travel to Udaipur. However, Abhira is anxious, unsure whether he'll actually show up. Maira, sensing his hesitation, asks him not to leave her. Geetanjali offers Armaan emotional support during this difficult moment.

Later, Manoj, Manisha, and Kajal visit Vidya, trying to persuade her to go ahead with the surgery. Kaveri also urges her to stop being so obstinate. Meanwhile, Abhira waits anxiously for Armaan's arrival, hoping he makes it in time.

Just then, Armaan reaches Abhira's home. The two come face to face and are stunned to see each other after all these years. Old memories come rushing back. Abhira shuts the door on his face and quickly isolates herself in a room. Kaveri notices Armaan and firmly tells him to leave. Kajal, Manoj, and Manisha are equally shocked by his unexpected appearance.

Vidya, too, can't believe Armaan is really there. But before she can meet him, Kaveri steps in and forbids it.
