Kareena to go de-glam for 'Satyagraha' promotions

Actress Kareena Kapoor, who plays a political journalist in "Satyagraha", will emulate her character in the movie and go de-glam during the promotions of the Prakash Jha-directed film.

Kareena is usually seen in an ultra-glamorous avatar. But in the movie, she sports a simple kurta, pair of jeans and a stole.

She will remain in the character's look for the promotions, which will begin a month before the film hits the screens Aug 30, said a source.

This will be different from usual promotional events where Bollywood celebrities put their best foot forward in terms of fashion at public and media events.

Recently, Vidya Balan was seen promoting her film "Ghanchakkar" in the garb of her loud character.
