He still remained the same person tho, just a bit more suave in his ways. But the best was he didn't manhandle/abuse her (as far as I watched ) when his mother and brother tried, he also stood up against them. Kudos for that scene! 👏🥳

I am huge fan of that ML character - is one of my all time favorite , close to real type of shaded ML.

Writers do not know how to right a shaded lead character.

most of the times they end up making him immoral, criminal, or delusional dumb, pendulum on the name of a shade !

I mentioned this in another thread but I feel that Pritam wife/gf died due to drug/counterfeit drugs. Amritas dead(but alive) husband was somehow involved in this

Pritam & Karan definitely have a link! Either they are working together somehow or against each other

Theres a reason everyone thinks Karan is dead but since no funeral or anything...we can all assume he is alive. He is either being held against his will or has memory issues

This angle might actually be something great and different that the creatives could explore.

- I wanted to comment on this part for the past several days, since the moment I first read your post but never got the time to do that.

@bb - Totally true that. The present day writers don't know at all how to write a "proper shaded character" and most of times they just end up making the MLs "immoral, criminal, delusional dumb pendulum" and I have seen the "character butchering" happening most often with the MLs.

- Also nowadays the writers seem to have no confidence in themselves too. They either use the usual methods used in the old ITV shows or they remake shows from other languages "bengali, tukish, pakistani" etc.

- Anyhow, what I have marked in "blue" was a really good analysis from you. I loved your "deep-insight" on that point.
