Thanks for your comments Shinu.i am gratified that everyone has enjoyed this first meet of mehrya. 😊 What began as a duty has quickly evolved into something quite different for SK, something that is catching this rigid man completely off guard.

The meeting with the Sharmas will be revisted in the story but you are correct in assuming that there is no connection between the khannas and Meheks family. I will be picking up with MS impressions of this man who has barrelled into her life so unexpectedly. Hopefully i will do the story justice.
