Fawad Khan is a treat for the eyes. Hasn't he always been? It has only been two films and within that, he has won us over. While he has already aced high grades in thehotness department, post Kapoor and Sons, the actor has received a newfound respect and inquisition towards him. We'll be seeing Fawad in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil along withRanbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma. So far, only the teaser and two new songs have come out and in those, we've only seen glimpses of the actor. We've seen a lot of chemistry between Ash and Ranbir in almost every promo released by Dharma and we've also witnessed enough of Anushka as well. However, time and again, we have only seen small glimpses of Fawad.

Think about it. Mr Khan was in two frames, in the teaser. Next he was again seen for perhaps four seconds in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil's title track video. In fact, even in the song, Bulleya, that centralled around Ranbir and Ash's striking chemistry, we saw two seconds of Fawad donning the DJ's headphones. This is definitely some kind of tease that the director, Karan Johar is doing to us. But the reason to the same is because of the Pakistani heartthrob's phenomenal performance in his cameo role itself! Fawad's role is a surprise that KJo doesn't want everyone to see until the release of the film. Yes. We have heard that Karan is saving secrecy around Mr Khan's role as he wants it to leave a similar kind of impact as what his role in Kapoor and Sons did. The actor is been kept under wraps, much like the time during Shakun Batra's directorial venture.

If you've seen the film, you'll know that the 34 year old actor's gay character was the biggest surprise element in the film. It was quite baffling and way too real as it fought off stereotypical Bollywood portrayal of a homosexual and pulled it off marvellously. His character portrayal was so splendid that an impressed Johar decided to extend his role in the film! We had EXCLUSIVELY reported that after the phenomenal performance of Mr Khan, Karan reworked a little more on his character and extended his role. Now we hear that even in Ae Dil, the actor has a cameo that is so powerful that the director doesn't want to reveal too much about his character.

Looks like, the filmmaker is planning a similar strategy of keeping his character in Ae Dil, under wraps so we promise you that you'll have ample of Fawad Khan's acting talent onscreen but do not expect much of the actor in the upcoming promos because Dharma's head honcho has big plans for unleashing the power of the actor, closer to the release. So far, all we know is that Fawad plays a character inclined to Anushka Sharma in the film. In fact, he is her husband in the film, so was revealed by one of the characters of the film.

Not that we have any complaints against the previous season guests which included biggies right from Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan. But sorry to say, when it comes to Fawad everyone else gotta take a backseat. It's like, Fawad can simply sit there on that couch for an entire day and we can watch him without blinking our eyes. His persona is so demanding that you would be really blind if you don't find him hot. No wonder Karan Johar is using Fawad as his trump card for his next film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, for he believes the less of Fawad in the promos, the more of desperation to watch him in the film. And likewise, our curiosity to watch Fawad in ADHM too is already at its peak right now.
